Terrible design

Took me 40 minutes with 2 sets of instructions to brew a pot and didn't brew right. Not to mention you have to take pieces off to do a k cup. I have other Ninja products and cannot believe the poor design of this. I am returning as I am very disappointed with this. I bought as reviews were great but not my experience.

No Warming Plate

I love the stainless steel design and all of the features on this Ninja, but the coffee isn't hot enough when brewed and then there is no warming plate on top of it. I suppose the stainless steel is supposed to insulate the coffee, but the coffee was never hot enough to begin with. I just bought another Ninja model that has a warming plate. Hopefully this one is better.
