Less than a year old, it stops brewing mid cup and the “clean” light comes on despite having just been cleaned. Throws a ton of grounds in coffee maker and coffee. What a mess!

Genuinely the worst coffee maker I have ever used. The pod dispenser does NOT work. Just look at the photo. I have tried it multiple times and the water shoots everywhere and makes the ground coffee explode.

I bought this for Christmas. This is my second Ninja coffee maker. I purchased this unit to brew coffee pods as well as ground coffee. It’s easy to use and produces excellent tasting coffee.

I like the machine itself, but led’s in the display are already going out. Functions well but seemingly not built to last. Granted, I purchased this at the end of 2021, but you would hope for more than a few years use out of the thing… right?

Didn't last long at all. Cleaned multiple times, but making would basically blow up with k-cups. When using basket grounds would go everywhere. It became dangerous to use.

Mine died after 2 years of light use. It was a good coffee maker until then, but I don't think I will ever purchase another Ninja coffee maker. It was the shortest lived coffee maker I have ever bought.

After using this brewer for a couple weeks I am impressed it’s versatility. I have found that if you don’t heat your cup prior to using the pod, the coffee is not as hot as I prefer .

Loved this coffee maker up The display button light for on/off & programming stopped working. Now I just have to keep pressing randomly until I finally hit the power button. Don’t even bother trying to program at this point.

I’ve bought mine about a month ago the frother is so convenient I have cup or my own grounds in reusable kcups I do love this coffee make a lot I use it all the time

I bought this coffee maker about 1 month ago and so far loving it . The only set back I would have hoped the warmer feature would also be for coffee under 28oz
