This coffee system works for one week then it starts pushing grounds through the k-pods. I have purchased and replaced it three times in one months time. Apparently it is a defect in the coffee maker.

We love this coffee makes because we can grind fresh beans and make a pot or in a hurry use a pod! Best feature is the water reservoir can go in the back or on the side as pictured. It’s a great space saver for a small kitchen.

I was very excited with this purchase and a few days later it just started exploding. Having to hold it down with every single brew and now it decides to just say clean even after being cleaned. Just don’t do it.

I upgraded from my previous Ninja coffee maker that I loved, as it was getting old and it was time to replace. I definitely am a fan of the dual maker with the option of whole pot or just pod. I think I will love this maker too!

After three short years this coffee maker is done. A big waste of money if it’s only going to have 3 years of life. The lights went out last year so it’s been setting roulette but now the brewing function is also done.

Loving it so far, I also love the fact that you can use the hot water separately and not have your food or tea taste like coffee...so far so good it's working as it should

This would be the perfect coffee maker if it was a Duo instead of having to switch out the attachment for Pod and ground coffee, other than that this brews coffee perfect with optimal temperature, giving the coffee the best taste.

Black mold that appeared in the water canister under the plastic piece just after warranty expired. Service recommends throwing it out and buying a replacement from them.
