We recently went from a Keurig to the Ninja DualBrew Pro. The Pro heats the water and starts brewing in ¼ the time of our old coffee maker. That's the plus for him. I like that it can do hot water through a different way so you don't get residue coffee flavor in your soup or tea. I also like cold coffee, so it's great that it brews over ice.Those are the pluses for me. We're so pleased!!

We bought this because I love Ninja products and we liked the idea of the built in frother. I’ve had some successes but my main challenge is I end up with coffee grounds all over the pot, brew basket, and in my coffee!! I’ve tried to buy beans and grind them very coarse, which works most of the time. I’ve wasted so many pots of coffee. I’ve tried pods and the same thing happens. Yes, I’m using a paper filter and it’s the right size. I’m using the right amount of coffee grounds. Please help. Needing caffeine

I am on my second ninja dualbrew pro specialty coffee system. Love: Water fills from sink and has a great way to grip it Love ability to do carafe/cup/travel mug with ease Love separate water function for tea etc. Love how you can switch between different roasts, sizes, etc. with ease Love you can use any brand of coffee pods HATE: Hate that both coffee systems have grounds spilling into the carafe and the cups/mugs. Hate that the grounds in my coffee are found intermittently - but seems always to be present when I am having a party! Hate that I have tried different strengths, coffee ground sizes, etc. to no avail Hate my first system was replaced by the company, thank you; but the second one continues to have the exact same problem.

This is my second Ninja Coffees Bar. I got my first one as a wedding anniversary gift 6 years ago. When I saw this one I knew it was time to change it. Sadly, less then 4 months after having it, the carafe jar shatter. I don't understand how!!!! I did noticed that the glass on this one is tinner than the one I had. I'm afraid to buy the glass carafe again! Need to know if Ninja offers the stainless steel style for this model. Other than that, it's so fancy and does everything you need. Even pours boiling water for tea

This is not my first ninja product! I have become a huge fan of ninja brand. they have excellent customer service. this coffee pot went beyond my expectations. tons of really cool features and it looks sleek in my home. I love the added bonus of the frother on the side ( this coffee maker bruise a cup of coffee in about 90 seconds. It is delicious and hot and absolutely perfect. It does take a little bit to learn all of the buttons because it does a lot of different things.

I drink coffee drinks everyday, throughout the entire day, so I was excited to see all the options this one offers. I love that I can use k-cups or coffee grounds in it (that’s my favorite feature by far). If I want a single cup or an entire pot, both are easy and quickly an option. So far, I’ve made iced coffee, cappuccino, espresso, and plain Jane. The milk frother is also an awesome feature! If you need a new coffee maker, you will not be disappointed by this one!

I BOUGHT THIS IN OCTOBER 2021. I PRIMARILY USE THE DRIP CYCLE FOR ONE CUP OF COFFEE AT A TIME. MAKES GOOD COFFEE BUT NOT ALWAYS HOT ENOUGH AND NO WAY TO ADJUST TEMPERATURE FOR COFFEE. IT CAN MAKE A CUP OF BOILING HOT WATER. OTHER FEATURES WORK WELL.

I already made a classic pot of coffee in it and the taste was incredible ... I can't wait to make lattes and specialty coffees . I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family .

Do not buy!! We are on our second. First one lasted a year and then broke and kept saying “add water” and would never work even after adding water. Then we got one as a gift two weeks ago and it broke after 3 days!! It steamed up so bad it ruined our cabinets and only would make an inch of coffee. I would stay clear of this coffee maker!!

We owned a Keurig for years. I just never felt that it ran hot enough for that good coffee taste. We bought this for a number of reasons. The first was the ability to pick it up on a November special for $50 bucks off. Many reviews say the coffee taste is superior to other pod machines plus there is the added bonus of having the ability to make a pot of coffee or specialty drinks and froth milk or iced coffee. We haven't tried the over-ice coffee yet, but we have made a pretty tasty latte. While not quite as strong as a true espresso machine would make, it makes a good specialty drink and a nice morning cup of brew. It is easy to use and cleaning the pod adapter and the frother is a breeze. We are really glad we bought it. Have not owned it long enough to attest to its durability.
