I bought this about a month ago and I love it. I haven't used the frother yet but everything else works great. I have several Ninja products and haven't been disappointed yet. The are great.

Some days you feel like a single serve K-Cup. Some days you feel like a pot of coffee. You can have either with this simple, easy to use dual brew coffee maker.

K Pod adapter makes a mess everywhere no matter what size cup. Also, all coffee tastes the same when using Kcups (bad in my opinion) no matter which style you choose. This exact model number can't be found on Ninja's website either.

I really like this coffee maker, but I didn't know I couldn't reheat the carafe. The bottom plate is plastic and the carafe is really a thermos. If you don't care about that, you will really like this coffee pot.

Bought the Dual Brew to replace my Keurig. The Keurig never made hot coffee. The Dual Bree not only makes hot great tasting coffee but great cappuccino!

I bought this about a month ago to make specialty drinks. I really enjoy the water tank and the dual brewing option. Only thing I dislike is only having a 4 oz speciality brew option. Would’ve like a larger specialty brew options.

After 2-3 weeks, it appeared to stop sensing a pod (when we placed a new pod in) & it shut off within seconds after starting to brew, wasting a pod(s) of coffee. It also did the same thing when we attempted to brew hot water for tea. I’m addition to this, we did notice that the hole punches on the top of pods are larger & we have noticed a few coffee grounds in the cup, but not enough to bother us. Sadly, we are taking this back today. We did enjoy it for a few weeks while it worked! We have had Keurig Coffee makers in the past & we also have a Nespresso maker (which we love). We purchased this for the added features of cold brew, frothing & using a coffee pot when we needed larger amounts of coffee & with a timer feature. We didn’t get a chance to use the cold brew & the frother, so I can’t comment on those features. The coffee pot made hot coffee and brewed in a decent amount of time compared to past ones we have owned. We have a Ninja Blender & a Ninja Flip Air Fryer which we love & we use the air fryer daily! My husband is leaning towards going back to a Keurig because we never had any issues after purchasing one & he drinks more coffee than I do. He also may exchange this for a replacement (same model), in hopes we just bought a defective one.

hello when I first got this coffee cup the reason the coffee pot is the reason why is because I love coffee? I love grinds cake, cups, and specialty coffees for the first three months. It worked great now anytime if I'm not grinding my coffee and having you know, drip coffee, I cannot use my Froster or my K cups. All it does is it really it keeps popping up this is the second time I complained about this on here. I tried calling the one 800 number that you gave me and they basically treated me like I was weird. Nobody helped me so I was about to give up so again today I you know cleaned it I made sure that the needles for my K cups were OK and still doesn't work.

This is the first actual coffee maker I've owned, and it's pretty awesome. Some people say it leaves grounds. I have not had that experience. I'd give it 5 stars if the whisk attachment was more powerful. The attachment is not as powerful as I anticipated. If I don't have whipping cream in what I am trying to whip, it doesn't work well. The pot keeps the coffee warm for a long time.

My Wife and kids bought me one of these Dual Pro Brewers and I absolutely love my unit.
