If you are baking walnut brownies this is the one and only walnut you need for the best walnut brownies by far. Put that cheaper brand back on the shelf. Saving .50 cent but losing the best experience your taste buds can have. It’s not worth it! Everyone says that the fresh snap and taste cannot be beat. You must try Diamond shelled walnuts. All you need to do is chop them a little or to the size pieces you desire. Also perfect for banana walnut bread or muffins. Sooooo delicious!

Have not found any pieces of shells yet. These are just the right size to sprinkle on salads, ice cream, etc. They have a goid quality and very fresh taste.

I don’t eat much protein in my diet, so I have introduced some types of nuts, including walnuts, and almonds. I have purchased this brand and bag of walnuts before. I just keep them in the freezer to keep them fresh as I go. Easy, resealable top, and whole walnuts are inside, not just bits and pieces!

Diamond Walnuts are a well known name brand for good reason. They are fresh, and a delicious protein source. I guess you could say they have a "sweetness" to them. I say they have a good nuttiness about them which is kind of silly, bc they ARE NUTS! Enjoy them any time of day. Morning, afternoon %26 evening! I like to add them to as many baked goods as I can! And, I usually put more in than what the recipe calls for! I also add them to chicken salad! Be creative! They are good for you!

This brand of walnuts is awesome! We have bought another well-known brand for years but received a bag that had bad nuts in it. This led me to try these Diamond brand walnuts and the nuts are so fresh and taste so much better! We are never going back! These are GREAT walnuts!

Somehow, this 2-pound bag is fresher than the 1-pound bags I buy at supermarkets. Diamond already has my favorite walnuts, but the ones in each 2-pound bag I've bought are heavenly. Last week after running out, I picked up a 1-pounder at the store, and proved this to myself yet again. Try not to run out of this large pack!

Awesome walnuts

delicious walnuts. I soak them in hot water with some vanilla and a little salt for an hour, than toast them for 2.5 hours at 270F and they come out amazing. some i eat as are and also will turn them into walnut butter using food processor. glad i tried this brand.

These walnuts at Sam's Club over the last couple of years have been slipping. This batch has probably been sitting in a warehouse for quite some time, and is definitely not fresh. Having grown up in "The Valley," it is not hard to tell a good walnut from the recent harvest from one that is old and tired of sitting around in a bag on a shelf.Sent email to company. Received coupons for replacements. Said these were harvested 10/24. Seemed much older, for sure.
