[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hand mixer wasn't my favorite. It didnt mix like i had hoped. Although it was great that it was cordless, it was very noisy considering. Sounded like it was struggling and i was just mixing pudding mix, (so nothing hard to mix) I do wish it was a little quieter but it did get the job done. Hopefully i will get used to it and basically it will get "worn in".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are quite a few features that I really like about this Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Mixer. Not only is it sleek looking but feels sturdy and the weight of the mixer is nice. It is not too heavy to use and be able to maneuver it around while it is mixing. The cordless feature is great! I love the fact that I can charge it and then be able to use it anywhere in the kitchen and not worry about being next to an outlet. Charging is very simple to do with plugging in the charger on the side of the mixer and you can watch the progress on the dial as it shows a "battery" lit up as far as the charge level so there is no confusion on how much of a charge is available. The beaters that the mixer came with are nice (3 in total; 2 wire beaters and 1 whisk). They are all easy to install and remove by pulling the beater eject trigger. The storage case is great and holds all of the attachments plus the charger. I would prefer a solid closing case, but this case option is better than nothing and you can keep everything together. The mixer has multiple speed levels which is great, and the highest level especially gives quite a bit of power. The mixer, beaters and whisk are easy to clean, I just wipe down the mixer and the beaters/whisk are dishwasher safe, or I rinse off with soapy hot water. The mixer is not complicated to use, just press the power button on the side, then press the center button on the handle to turn on, followed by rotating the dial to the speed you want. The screen clearly lights up showing the battery status and low to high settings, so you know exactly what you are working at. To turn it off, press the center again and then press the power button. The only feature that I am not too fond of is turning the dial from low to high takes quite a few turns and doing that while you are actively using the mixer feels a bit awkward. Then if you turn the hand mixer off to check what you are mixing and need to get back to the highest level, you have to rotate the dial multiple times again. It is not a deal breaker, still like the mixer but seems like there could be a quicker way to get to the highest mixing level. Overall, very happy with the Hamilton Beach Cordless Hand Mixer and I would recommend.

I love my new HBProfessional hand mixer. I charged it up and let me tell you, not having a cord hanging off the back of a mixer is wonderful! It's speedy and so lightweight. Makes mixing up batter a treat instead of a chore. I love how long it stays charged, too! Definitely worth a tiny bit more to have cordless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mixer. I do a lot of cooking and often if I need to use a hand mixer I have to move near an outlet which isn't near my prep area. Using this has made it so much easier. It's easy to use and holds a charge for a long time. The slow start feature keeps food from flying everywhere and the speed controls are awesome. Every attachment and charger fits into a little container that snaps onto the bottom of the mixer so it makes storage nice and easy. I got this mixer right before Thanksgiving and it made getting everything ready super easy. The attachments are easy to clean as well. I will never go back to a corded mixer after using this one. It is a must have for any home cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic little hand mixer. I used this at Thanksgiving & it is super easy to use. Used for mashed potatoes and made it super easy to mix. A very nice compact unit that does not take up much space. The charge is this very good. The box says it has a one hour charge but my lasted longer. It is also nice not to have a cord in the way when mixing items. Clean up of this unit is very easy to do. This is the best cordless hand mixer I have ever used.

I purchased this knowing reviews said it was loud and had charging issues, I didn't have issues with either. That being said I did have issues with the power it has. I made a cake and it was good but when I made simple oatmeal cookies (using the under the lid recipe on the oat box) it bogged down and I had to finish mixing by hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a three-speed avocado green hand mixer where the low speed no longer works for the past 50 years. As you can imagine, I was thrilled to come across the Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Mixer with Infinite Speed Control, especially right before the holidays. I own several Hamilton Beach kitchen products and have found them to be well-made, dependable, and a good value. This hand mixer is no exception. The hand mixer arrived well-packed in its own box. The mixer comes with a whisk and two beaters as well as AC power block and cord, plus a set of thorough, clear instructions, and a Quick Use Guide. Everything was foam- or plastic-wrapped and surrounded by cardboard. The Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Mixer with Infinite Speed Control measures ~7.5" L x 4" W x 6.25" H and weighs almost 2.2 pounds. The mixer body is gray and black ABS plastic and the stand is clear ABS plastic. The mixer arrived about 2/3 charged and completely charged within an hour. The Power button is located on the left rear of the mixer and charging port is under a rubber protector on the right rear. There is a gray beater trigger release in the center of the mixer on the body. On the top front of the handle is a circular LED display with rotary speed dial which lights up when the Power button is on. Below the display is a green light to indicate the power is on. The LED display shows percentage of battery remaining as well as speed indicator (Low to High). A clear plastic stand holds the beaters and AC power block. The mixer clips onto the stand at the front and rear of the mixer body for storage. To operate, fully charge the battery, then press the Power button. Next, press the center of the rotary display to show the variable speeds and battery percentage. Finally, turn the rotary knob to the right to increase speed and to the left to decrease. When finished mixing, press the center of the display and turn the power button off. The unit is powerful and mixes food smoothly and quickly; however, it is not overly loud even at the highest speed. The beaters and whisk insert and eject easily. The mixer fits the hand nicely and is not heavy to hold. Everything cleans up easily. I used the mixer to make banana bread as well as a sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, and whipped cream. It handled all the various ingredients without missing a beat, so to speak, and made the tasks effortless. Overall, the Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Mixer with Infinite Speed Control is attractive, powerful, easy to use and clean, and works as designed. I am pleased to finally get the power cord out of the way during mixing! Hamilton Beach provides a generous five year warranty on the mixer. I award the Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Mixer with Infinite Speed Control 5 stars and recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and handy for quick mixing and whipping. I use it to make jello for a health condition. It is a good tool for quickly cooking mashed potatoes and other root vegetables like rutabaga and turnips.Gets lumpy gravy and sauce smooth and easy to serve. Good for blending cranberries for fresh homemade sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton beach cordless hand mixer is by far the best mixer I have ever owned! Its super easy to use. It charges pretty quick, and lasts awhile. The speed and power are perfect! I no longer have to worry about the cord getting in the way, or have to worry about finding a plug before hand. It comes with 2 different beaters. My favorite part is that you can store everything together in the attachable compartment. I highly recommend this cordless mixer.
