I like that I can charge the mixer and not worry about a cord or finding a place to plug it in during use. The beaters are thinner, so it's easier to clean them off with a spatula. The case is nice to keep everything together when storing. It took a little bit to figure out the controls. It's a push button on then you turn the dial to adjust the speed. When we were making cookies, it sounded like the mixer was struggling a little bit as we got more ingredients in the mix and it thickened. I'm not sure how long the charge lasts, but I did run it consistently for quite some time while making dough.

Storage is easy with no cords to deal with. I made mashed potatoes with it and they came out creamy and I could use it at my dining table. I live in an older house with a minimum of electrical outlete and the cordless is a blessing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless mixer is a great mixer, it has plenty of power to handle the thickest batter. Being cordless makes this mixer so easy to use anywhere you need to. We have a small kitchen and sometimes when cooking or baking there might be something near the outlet and with this mixer I can move to any open spot on the counter.You also don't have to worry about the cord getting in the way or in your batter. The speed dial makes it easy to find the right speed so as not to make a mess. There is a nice clear, easy to understand display in the center of the dial that shows you the battery's charge when you first power on. Upon pressing the button in the center of the dial it shows you the low and high markings so that when you turn the dial you know exactly where you are at. The mixer will always start on the low setting. However, It does take a couple times to get used to the mixer as it seems to start at a little higher speed than you think it would but nothing crazy that is going to send stuff flying. The mixer has a good weight to it even with the battery and may even be lighter than my corded mixer. I like the ring inside that handle that releases the beaters, it's fairly easy to pull and is easier than the button on top like most mixers have. The clear storage container that snaps to the bottom of the mixer comes in handy to keep all the accessories together with the mixer. I've used it to make cookies which had a fairly thick dough down to pancakes and it handled it all with ease.

Highly recommend great at mixing stuff up. Love that it’s easy to use. Easy to be stored. Everyone needs one of these cordless hand mixers in their home to have on hand. Stays charged for awhile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer arrived just in time to use it for Christmas baking. It worked very well for creaming shortening and sugar. It struggled a little with creaming softened cream cheese and sugar. I tried the whisk attachment to make icing and had to switch to the beaters as the whisk was not sturdy enough to handle the powdered sugar and shortening. It worked very well in whipping mashed potatoes. It was very convenient to not have to plug it in when using. The multiple steps to turn the mixer on takes some getting used to. The charge lasts through multiple uses. The storage container is very useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are quite a few features that I really like about this Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Mixer. Not only is it sleek looking but feels sturdy and the weight of the mixer is nice. It is not too heavy to use and be able to maneuver it around while it is mixing. The cordless feature is great! I love the fact that I can charge it and then be able to use it anywhere in the kitchen and not worry about being next to an outlet. Charging is very simple to do with plugging in the charger on the side of the mixer and you can watch the progress on the dial as it shows a "battery" lit up as far as the charge level so there is no confusion on how much of a charge is available. The beaters that the mixer came with are nice (3 in total; 2 wire beaters and 1 whisk). They are all easy to install and remove by pulling the beater eject trigger. The storage case is great and holds all of the attachments plus the charger. I would prefer a solid closing case, but this case option is better than nothing and you can keep everything together. The mixer has multiple speed levels which is great, and the highest level especially gives quite a bit of power. The mixer, beaters and whisk are easy to clean, I just wipe down the mixer and the beaters/whisk are dishwasher safe, or I rinse off with soapy hot water. The mixer is not complicated to use, just press the power button on the side, then press the center button on the handle to turn on, followed by rotating the dial to the speed you want. The screen clearly lights up showing the battery status and low to high settings, so you know exactly what you are working at. To turn it off, press the center again and then press the power button. The only feature that I am not too fond of is turning the dial from low to high takes quite a few turns and doing that while you are actively using the mixer feels a bit awkward. Then if you turn the hand mixer off to check what you are mixing and need to get back to the highest level, you have to rotate the dial multiple times again. It is not a deal breaker, still like the mixer but seems like there could be a quicker way to get to the highest mixing level. Overall, very happy with the Hamilton Beach Cordless Hand Mixer and I would recommend.

I can take it from the counter to the stove easily and not worry about the cord getting in the way. I like to make meringue and need a good beater to make it fluffy and perfectly peaked, and this beater gets it done! It comes with it's own storage box that fits the beaters as well. Super convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product. I have long complained about the cord getting in the way while I'm mixing things. The plug never seems to be on the correct side. Problem solved! No cord with this mixer, and it remains powerful. It took me a moment to figure out how to turn it on; the power button isn't obvious, but once I got it going it more than did the job. And the "carrying case" is an extra bonus I didn't count on. This is now my go-to mixer, without question.

I live in an older home without many outllets in the kitchen so this is really handy. It has a lot of power and I can whip up several batches of cookies and still have charge left over. I would highly recommend it!
