[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 12/9/2023 Reviewed the Hamilton Beach Professional Cordless Hand Blender - Model#: 62673 at home in my kitchen while making some Holiday Pumpkin Cake. First, the box arrived undamaged and full with good packaging. What comes in the box: (1) Hamilton Professional Cordless Blender Unit, (2) Beaters, (1) Whisk, (1) Charging Unit (120 Volt) Plug, (1) Storage Cover for Utensils. - The Blender Unit requires up to (2) hours of charging prior to first use out of the box. I personally charged the unit for (2) hours regardless of what the LED Battery Light Displayed to ensure a successful trial and review. Likes: The cordless blender is a nice feature with no wires and no access restraint. The blender has a nicely designed bi-color and the unit is primarily black with a silver outline around the top & bottom of the unit and along the exterior handle. The blender is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The blender unit comes with an easy touch power button on the left side of the base unit, and features a bright green LED power light Indicator residing on the face of the blender handle. Above the LED power light indicator on the blender handle, there is a control dial that makes it really easy for all control functions. With one push on the dial you can start / stop the blender utensil rotation, adjust the dial by turning clockwise to increase the speed from low to high, or counter clockwise to slow the blender to a minimal speed. The dial also has a battery LED level displaying how much charge remains in the blender before requiring a new charge. Very convenient. When the battery runs low requiring a new charge, there is a port on the right side of the blender base that has a rubber cover to protect the port. Simply slip in the connector and plug in. Dislikes: I found that when either the blender beaters or whisk was plugged in, they did not rotate smoothly in sink and wobbled as they rotated. (The whisk simply wobbled while rotating). After noting, I rechecked to ensure they were inserted correctly and fastened internally. I resumed operation running the blender from the lowest speed to and through the highest to find the same issues persisted. When I started to mix the cake batter, I started out on the lowest speed and slowly increased the speed to find that this cordless blender really struggled to mix the batter and perform at any speed. In addition, the blender was quite loud and made a whining noise on top of the normal blending sound. When I used the whisk to whisk a bowl of heavy cream, the whisk wobbled when rotating. When it came time to eject the blender beaters and after using the whisk, neither ejected out of the unit gently when squeezing the trigger on the handle. Overall, the performance and noise level was not what I expected.

This cordless hand mixer gets the job done in no time, also it's cordless and you're able to mix up a batch of cookies or your favorite dessert without confinement to one area, you also control the speed which avoids mishaps, it's lightweight, powerful, mixes quietly for all your culinary needs.

I no longer have to be close to the outlet on the island to make a cake, icing and anything else. It is so easy and fast to charge. I love that the beaters and cord store in the connected case, I never have to search for the correct beaters. I wish I had a cordless hand mixer years ago.

I purchased this knowing reviews said it was loud and had charging issues, I didn't have issues with either. That being said I did have issues with the power it has. I made a cake and it was good but when I made simple oatmeal cookies (using the under the lid recipe on the oat box) it bogged down and I had to finish mixing by hand.

It had enough power for mixing lighter ingredients, but I'd go back to my plugin stand mixer for things like biscotti and other "thicker" mixtures. The snap-on clear case to hold the 2 beaters, whisk and power cord is a great idea to keep everything together -- great storage concept. I liked the green light flashing to let me know when it wasn't fully charged. Good idea to have coverage over the hole where you plug in the power cord; keeps crud out of that opening. In the manual on page 8, you could add a few lines to record: 1) model, 2) type, and 3) series. I like that you can recycle the battery, but where can you get a replacement if needed? The 5 year warranty is great too. Turning the power on and then pushing the speed control area was a bit awkward. I didn't like having to turn the dial to increase the power, seemed like I needed another hand;) The packaging of the box the mixer came in had recyclable material to hold everything in place which is good. A corner of the box was a bit dented but I'm assuming the delivery system did that. Thanks for allowing me to test this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product. I have long complained about the cord getting in the way while I'm mixing things. The plug never seems to be on the correct side. Problem solved! No cord with this mixer, and it remains powerful. It took me a moment to figure out how to turn it on; the power button isn't obvious, but once I got it going it more than did the job. And the "carrying case" is an extra bonus I didn't count on. This is now my go-to mixer, without question.

I absolutely love the versatility of this hand mixer and the fact that it is cordless is a H-U-G-E plus! I don't think I will ever want to use anything else. It is so compact and convenient and stows away so nicely in the clear plastic carrier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mixer arrived just in time to use it for Christmas baking. It worked very well for creaming shortening and sugar. It struggled a little with creaming softened cream cheese and sugar. I tried the whisk attachment to make icing and had to switch to the beaters as the whisk was not sturdy enough to handle the powdered sugar and shortening. It worked very well in whipping mashed potatoes. It was very convenient to not have to plug it in when using. The multiple steps to turn the mixer on takes some getting used to. The charge lasts through multiple uses. The storage container is very useful.

Used for mashed potatoes and made it super easy to mix. A very nice compact unit that does not take up much space. The charge is this very good. The box says it has a one hour charge but my lasted longer. It is also nice not to have a cord in the way when mixing items. Clean up of this unit is very easy to do. This is the best cordless hand mixer I have ever used.

It is all digital power and is very powerful for the size of mixer. Ive used it a handful of times and am very impressed with the easyness of use. I highly recommend this little mixer.
