Disappointed broke after 15 min :(

Disappointed when tip broke off after 15 minutes of practice the very first time. As we tried to carefully unscrew the first tip to try another, the tip broke off inside the burning tool preventing any further use. The kit itself was impressive, lots of extras... unfortunately we did not get to use any of them. My only advice if the tip does not unscrew smoothly with ease, then unplug, let cool, then try unscrewing.
