The burning gun takes a little while to heat up, but works nice once it does. It came with all the pieces described. It will take a little bit to get used to operating.

This was a gift for my son. He loved it and so did his sisters. They have the best time creating all kinds of things. This is the best kit I could find. We love it!

Very nice set. Everything you would need. I bought it for 2 of my older grandkids 8 & 9 years old. They love them!!! I think it would even be great for adult beginners also.

So far so good, kids really enjoy. Would definitely not recommend for small children because it gets very hot, but fantastic for older kids. Really brings out their creativity.

I really can't review this because it was bought as a gift. My Great Grandson has Autism and he likes things that keep him busy. Looked good to me, he should be opening tomorrow.... we'll see.

A great kit put was not happy at all with the paints in it ours was pretty dryed out even after wetting the brush down so when tried to paint the colors onto the work it was barely noticeable

I am learning how to wood burn and this kit is nice with enough to help do that. I just wish they had the 2 tips people have said you can do a lot more with.

easy use

I was excited when I saw this in store, bought it and tried it right away. Stencil and wood weren't size right but I proceeded to make it work... got the unit heated up and went to town. When I went to change the tip, it snapped leaving the threads inside. A great idea, terrible quality.

We bought this set a couple years ago and the kids loved it. In August 2021 we bought another 1 to have an additional burner. Unfortunately a tip snapped off in the burner during our 1st use. I contacted the ArtSkills customer service team and they responded in under 2 hours. We were sent a new burner along with extra bonus kraft supplies. They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend buying this product from them. It is rare to see good and quick customer service. Margie was outstanding.
