Cheap

We bought this for our 16 year old daughter. The first time she used it the burner broke, so we exchanged it for a second and had the same result. She absolutely loved what she was doing, but it ended in frustration.

Dont waste your money!

Bought this thinking it would be great. Wrong the tip broke first time we used it. The thread broke off the tip and is stuck instead the woodburning tool rendering it useless

Broken tip during first use

Got this for my granddaughter and like a lot of others have posted, the tip broke off the first time we tried to use it. She was excited for us to do her first woodburning project. We both were very disappointed, to say the least.

!liked good tip won't come out

Tip broke off

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We finally got around to using it for the first time. On our 5th tip change, the tip broke off and so it is now not usable. Poor quality.

Hard to review something they didn't ship.

Said they shipped to of them only thing in the box was a pillow I had ordered. Now no presents for the neighbor boys thanks for nothing Sama Club.
