I live in a rural area in Costa Rica and installed the two generator I purchased, with the help of a friend. The installation instructions were clear - and the generators are functioning perfectly when our frequent electrical outages occur. I am a happy customer!

We love our general. It was one of the best investment we made for 2016. We should done the same in New York when we lived there. We recommend every one who lives along the Gulf Coast of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia to get one for their home.

We bought the 22 kw generator after a couple of storms and a small hurricane left us without power for days, shortly after we had our Generac installed late in the afternoon we lost power the generator cranked within seconds and had full power restored, Great feeling and that night we had lost power for 4 hrs. Mine is a whole house generator connected to the house electric system. It is scheduled to exercise once a week then send me a text and email. It does so without fail. I haven't had to actually use it in a power outage yet, but I am confident it will perform as it should. The recommended installer did a great job.

Got the unit about 11 months ago. Haven't had any power outage yet. It runs once weekly as it's supposed to. I did turn off commercial power a few weeks ago to test. Couldn't do it long enough to test the power shedding to the furnaces. But no issues yet.

We're about 6 months into ownership now, and have experienced 1 power outage. The machine performed flawlessly. We live in a rural area area where power is lost quite often due to storms and it's really comforting to know life is not interrupted because of that. That said, I wish to add the home surge protector was also a worthy investment. Thank you Generac.

Less than two weeks after having our whole house generator installed, a wind storm passed through our state and knocked out our power for three days. Having two 80+ year old in-laws with medical conditions living with us made the power provided by the generator a literal life saver. I would highly recommend the Generac generator.
