We bought our Generator about a month ago & we have been so happy with our decision. In the past every time there was a storm our power would go out. My husband has had some health issues & has been on oxygen for a year. So this last storm took out our power for 5 days & my husband was running out of oxygen tanks & I was getting afraid for him. Every time we tried to call for replacements we had a hard time getting ahold of the place to have the tanks delivered.

We have wanted a Generac for many years but kept procrastinating and then, because we are retired and have the money, we finally decided to take the plunge. Further, there were many people in the know who are forecasting more and longer outages in the near future. We did not want to live another moment when the power is out in the middle of January.

I bought my generator when I bought my new home. I owned a Generac generator at my prior home and I loved it, so there was no question about buying one for my new home. It has already paid for itself in usage for power outages. I work at home, so this is an invaluable tool to help keep my business running.

I bought this because of frequent power outage in our area. At my advanced age I was very concerned about loosing power during inclement weather condition. since the unit was installed it has come through for me a few times without any problems. I am very happy and with the results. My stress level during bad weather is greatly reduced.

I purchased this 24K and I'm happy I did, Living in the Nor-Cal high fire area we have power outages all year long and we used to rely on portable batteries we received from PG&E but they would only get us by for a day or two, now with a full propane tank were good for a week or more powering everything!

I feel more secure and safe now that I know I have a reliable product like the Generac protecting my me and my home. I have talked to many neighbors who have stopped by to ask about it and always gave it a glowing review. Get ready to get busy with new neighbor installs!

I bought this a couple of months ago and am pleased with the purchase. It generates plenty of power to supply my entire home and switches over quickly. The sound level is still a little higher than I would like, but mainly because it is located outside my bedroom wall. The sound level has definitely improved over the last several years and is barely noticeable when on the opposite side of the house. The app is useful, but real time notifications should be included in the sale price, as opposed to being a subscription service in my opinion. That is the only reason for the rating deduction. 4.5 / 5 stars, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone. My wife and I absolutely love our Generac.

I bought the unit a month ago and I had to contact the salesman about the poor installation. The generator was bouncing across the pad when it came on. The crew came back the next day with Billy to add more dirt underneath the pad and added anchor screws to hold the unit on the pad. Billy promised he would come back to landscape the dirt to prevent erosion. But nobody has returned and recent rains are washing the dirt away!

Generator works awesome. Having to purchase an additional $30 wiring harness to connect to my Solar Controller for remote operation and trying to constantly sell me an additional subscription to get at features on the app after Ive just spent thousands on the generator makes me furious. Great Generator, too bad the marketing /sales team ruined it. As an added irritation, they bombard you with constant emails, trying to sell you on a maintenance plan. Very irritating.
