When installed we were very pleased. In the past year it was only needed for a few hours but the ease of mind is well worth it. Sound is a bit loud and weekly testing is very reliable, The wifi needs improvement when the signal is lost. It is a bit difficult to reconnect. Our installer was excellent.

The unit is very sleek The unit was a new investment for our facility Nice material for out side weather The lock system is very difficult to use with the key provided Key dose not fit well in the lock system The owners manual is very nice and user friendly Great trouble shooting guide At of this time we have no input about the function of this unit. The unit should met our needs. It should be reviewed at the end of a one year cycle.

The unit has responded on one outage and worked just as it should. The power automatically came back on generator power and everything worked in the house. It only took a few seconds for it to come on and it cycled right off when power was restored from the grid.

Good product. Very good documentation. Installing a generator and transfer switch was a lot of fun for me. There is plenty of reference material on the web to help size gas pipe and wire and conduit. I used all 600 volt rated wire in pvc conduit. I was not impressed by the multi conductor cable that dealers were quoting. I'll be able to do all maintenance on the unit. Hopefully I won't need any warranty work.

New, for me, technology vs. setting an alarm to put gas in a generator that's outside. Relatively quiet and it tests itself weekly. Only had to use 3 times, but when the lights go out before it kicks in, it's a great feeling know it's there. A complimentary product would be a surge protector that would protect the entire house.

The day after we completed our installation and testing, the power went out due to high winds and storms, withing a few seconds of the power dropping the generator kicked in and we had power once again. The power was out for approximately 2-1/2 hours and when it came back on the generator shut down as expected and is ready for the next outage. Awesome to have such a reliable and efficient product to place peace of mind and a safe feeling up here in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan where the weather brings ice and snow this time of year. We added the cold weather kit and Mobile Link unit as well just to make sure all is ready.

I've had my backup generator for about seven months now. This is my second one actually, since my first was stolen a day prior to it being installed. The generator was installed by our electrician. I set up the programming of it, which was very straightforward. The power has only gone out once since then and it was amazing how it started right up, switched over and ran into power was reestablished. It automatically rubs through its test runs weekly without a hitch. It's a great comfort.

The generator does its test every Wednesday at 1pm and is only on for 10 minutes, power went out for a couple of hours and the generator came on within seconds after the power went out and shut off when the power was restored, so far so good and now I won't have the wife upset when we don't have power, thank you " one happy customer"

Last year we had a very bad winter for power outages. My husband was very sick and got very upset every time I had to carry 5-gallon cans of gas to the house for our old generator. My brother in Ohio had had a Generac generator installed and loved it's ease of operations as he has MS. We decided to go the same route. The week it was installed my husband died, he never saw the finished job. Two weeks later we lost power and it worked great. It was one of the best things we ever did. It also adds a great selling point when I go to sell. In our area we have power losses many times a year, some times for weeks..I also found out we have one at work now,too............ This is our third GENERAC generator purchase in a third home place. The first two were installed at two family homes after Hurricaine Katrina. We experienced that first hand, late summer in Central Mississippi. We had a handicapped family member that suffered seizure but worse with heat. Since that time we have had no disruptions to power. Keep them serviced and they have provided years of service.
