We bought the generator 2 years ago. About a year ago our utility company had a 5 hour scheduled outage. The generator kicked on within seconds and powered everything in our 3500 sq ft home. We live in a hurricane and tropical weather prone area and so we feel it will be important going forward

Purchased this about a month ago. The install was prompt and the install team had the generator installed in less than a da when it arrived. They helped me get the unit registered and set up the control app for me. It was great to discover that the unit does its self-test automatically every week and I can follow it easily on the app. My next door neighbor commented on the nice appearance between our houses.

Very happy with our Generac generator. Provides peace of mind and for those days where the public utility leaves us short. Looks good and easy to use the app for status and system updates. I would highly recommend using a Generac authorized location for you generator

You make a significant investment for a whole home system that is paid to have monitored and serviced but the service and maintenance communication is nonexistent. Even after reporting problems directly to Generac the problem continues. If we go through the painful process of moving to another service provider what then? Hope for the best? What about the money wasted on the monitoring service? Seems like Generac only cares about the sale and nothing more.

I bought my unit a month ago but there was NO INSTRUCTION on how to use it. The unit works well but the installer, Tri-State Power & Air was terrible. I was left with 2 huge holes in my interior wall & 3 holes in my outside brick wall. Now as far as the unit, it isn't big enough to handle my Brides electric car. The minute I plug it in the unit stops.

I purchased this 24K and I'm happy I did, Living in the Nor-Cal high fire area we have power outages all year long and we used to rely on portable batteries we received from PG&E but they would only get us by for a day or two, now with a full propane tank were good for a week or more powering everything!

We purchased the generator because we do a lot of traveling and it is a piece of mind to have this generator ready to kick on if the electricity goes out. We have sump pumps in the basement that are almost constantly running, and if that were to stop our basement would be flooded within an hour or so additionally, we have a deep freeze with a lot of meat in it and if we had a power outages for several days and we're out of town. All of that meat would spoil.

I bought this because of frequent power outage in our area. At my advanced age I was very concerned about loosing power during inclement weather condition. since the unit was installed it has come through for me a few times without any problems. I am very happy and with the results. My stress level during bad weather is greatly reduced.

We purchased this generator in June and, despite repeated efforts, it remains unusable at the end of August. The contractor has ordered replacement parts on two separate occasions for a brand-new unit that has never been operational. The entire experience has been plagued by delays, confusion, and quality issues. Frankly, this has been one of the worst purchasing experiences we've had in years, and we are extremely disappointed that the equipment still does not work.

I had this unit installed in 2024 & have had nothing but problems with it. Finally after I complained enough Generac sent out another company to ‘fix' the unit during the summer. It ran kind of ok, then today 9/11/26 it stopped & another over speed error showed on the app. This has been a long standing problem with this piece of junk & Generac apparently will not replace this lemon unit! Maybe they'll do something when I get an attorney involved! I know some love their Generac & it appears I have the LEMON. SO GENERAC HOW ABOUT REPLACING THIS PIECE OF JUNK!
