Bought it a couple of months ago. We had 2 outages and it worked fine. So far so good. Very happy with the dealer and installer. Only complaint is that the WiFi could be better.

We had a home standby Generac in the past and were very pleased with its reliability. We are very pleased with our new 22kW and the smart technology improvements as well as the installation team.

Unit was purchased and installed approximately one year ago and has been operating as advertised through several utility power outages and weekly exercises.

Maintenance was completed 2 months ago , during STORM it stopped running . repair came out ,not fixed , still OOS . need help can you help to send parts needed to GenX ASAP Please , unit was installed on 05/01/24

Bought this in June 2026 to replace my 18 yr old generac generator. Gives me peace of mind knowing all my essential electrical units will stay up & running.

We purchased our generator one year ago. To date it has functioned as hoped. The generator has only had to supply power on three occasions and performed each time as needed. Runs as scheduled.

On this generator for over a year now extremely satisfied with not only the product it's quality but the process the Generac has developed to support this product and inform the customer how it is doing

Complete garbage! Engine failed after 61hrs and parts/labor warranty is about to expire. This one failed in the middle of a major outage. $12 000 brick!!

Extremely happy with my Generac. 2 days after the completion of the installation, we had a 17 hour power outage, and the Generac never skipped a beat. Easiest power outage we've experienced in the 20 years we have lived here.
