I am very happy with our purchase. The installer seemed very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. We had our first power failure recently and the generator kicked in as expected. The power failure lasted about 6 hours and I was able to use power just as if nothing had happened. The generator system may be expensive but just knowing that I have power for days if needed is worth it.

Really like the product so for. All went well to hook up. Few people in the neighborhood are inquiring about the generator. The disappointment is the WIFI that has an expensive monthly charge after the first year. Will not use that option after the trial is up.

After the third power outage due to storms I'm convinced I don't ever want to be without my Generac again. In each case it only took seconds before the unit kicked in and out kept us comfortable. The first time, during a hurricane, we ran on it for 3 days. I forgot we didn't have electric. Even the neighbors came to check it out.

I purchased the first unit for our home and a second unit for our cottage, about a month later. The units are performing great, they are currently set to cycle on for 5 minutes once per week. Had one very short power loss at our house and the generator did its job. It started within seconds of the power loss and shut down promptly after the power was restored. I am very satisfied with the design of the unit and the installer did a great job!

Adding this back up generator system to our retirement home gives of great piece of mind whether we are home or out of town. We know that it will keep our home powered up due to storm, outage or whatever the cause and our food, heat, cooling, and essential devices will have power. We are now older and this investment means we will have everything we need power wise no matter the situation. All automated and worry free.

The unit should met our needs. It should be reviewed at the end of a one year cycle.

I'm no expert on generators. But my electrician is. I bought this generator on his recommendation. It could not have been an easier purchase & delivered right to my door. It was hooked up easily (by him) and looks ready to go in the yard. It is smaller that we thought for a 22w and we are very pleased with the purchase. I can't speak to the use as yet, but we are ready when the time comes.

Have wanted one for a long time. We lose power often due to weather and we have a high water table in most years. We have two sump pumps to handle the drainage in the basement, and our basement was partially finished. The last time we did not notice the power went off and woke up to 18" in our basement, ruining everything including drywall that had to removed 24" from the bottom. We had our Generac installed in October, and it has already responded in a power outage. Feel safer with it.

This product definitely has great features and looks good sitting in your yard. This is the second one I have had and, if I can help it, will never be without one. mr. Ira Heas, who works for Generac, I stalled mine and did an excellent job!! He is very friendly and personable. I will definitely call him IF I have any problem. Generac was so wonderful to let me have my 2 year warranty. Wasn’t sure if they would since my generator had been selittinf unboxed for a year and a half. Thank you Generac for everything!!

My wife and I are in our mid seventies, and it's a nice feeling knowing we won't be without what we need when we need it. This is here for us, and we can't ask for anything more than that. One of the best investments we made for ourselves. Thank you Generac.
