Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

Very nice. Price/quality is good. Installation was easy enough. Only complaint was the electrical connections. I wish there had been an easier way to access the connection points. I can be done, but I'd like to have a word with the designer.

This generator replaced a previous unit that had been struck by lightning. Love everything about it but it is louder than the previous generator. Not a fan of the additional noise but other than that, it's great.

We are older and needed the security of having electricity. It is great to hear it come on every week for the short time it runs. This is great comfort to know that we will have it when we need it.

I bought this generator as a back up to my restaurant and it's been one of my best investments, it doesn't burn much fuel and it is really clean, there is not diesel odor, I love it so much that I bought another one for my house and happy about it.
