Works like a champ. We recently had a power outage and the generator kicked in and ran flawless for over two hours. If it wasn't for the few seconds that power was out, ie: TV shut off, we would have never known that the power was out.

We have only had the generator about 3 months, but it seems to be of excellent quality. It has had to come on, due to power loss, once, and performed perfectly.

The dealer / installer was very professional, all his work was top notch. Cleaned up before he left. I would recommend him to everyone. Good price, excellent workmanship!! ALL your product are top of the line..

It appears to be a reliable generator. I have only had it about 2 months so I cannot give a long term report, but I have had a generac generator at another home and never had a problem

Generator installed in an area where power outages are frequent especially after storms. The smart transfer switch is really neat and offer the ability to off load A/C or other equipment. Highly recommend Generac Guardian Series standby systems.

This product is a comfort to a person living alone with few mechanical skills. It just does what it's supposed to do when it is supposed to do it - without supervision! Wheee!

The unit takes care of it's self. Manages house circuits by a priority system integrated into the system. This was our second unit, the first we had over 80 hours of use, the longest being 2 days.

Bought the 22K Generac Generator online...installed it myself...certified electrician helped with final hookup...saved big dollars that way. Runs great...happy.

The generator added value and security to our home. It looks great. during the weekly exercise can't hear it running in the house. Have not had any outages since installation, but am confident it will function well.

The unit is compact and blends in well with its surroundings. Haven't had a chance to use it yet...good thing, but when it tests itself every Saturday, it is quiet and we can barely hear it running. Very pleased with the purchase.
