The unit has responded on one outage and worked just as it should. The power automatically came back on generator power and everything worked in the house. It only took a few seconds for it to come on and it cycled right off when power was restored from the grid.

I am impressed with the size and how it is able to take care of my whole house. We have had two times that it has came on due to a storm and the other FPL. Everything that we had on before we lost power came back on as soon as the generator turned on. Love it!

We have had our Generac for about ten months. During that time we have had three or four power outages, with the longest lasting several hours. Replacement unit for lightning damaged unit on my home. Great replacement. No problems. Just wish I had an indicator for service in my home. Unit is a bit hard to get to for my age. My last unit had that feature included in the original installation.

Extremely happy with product and the installers I had. Just had it installed in first part of December. Our power goes out quite frequently in our area so I figure the unit will pay for itself in 3-4 years.
