So far our generator has been working as expected and after two winter storms, we are lucky of no main power lost. However it feels good to have our standby guardian on call, just in case. Winter is not over and the worst is yet to come, but we feel very safe.

This is my fourth whole house Generac generator that I have purchased in the past 10 years (one each time I moved to another home). They have all been outstanding and very reliable - I could always count on them when I needed emergency power. Living on the Gulf Coast, a reliable generator is a must. I will never buy any other brand.

I'm happy with my system. I haven't put it to full service but my son mentioned it had kicked on when the neighborhood had a power outage. The service installation personnel was very professional and knew his product . Mr. Woodrome took the time to explain things, his recommendations, work ethic is commendable. Purchased at the right time,researched price,quality and performance ..picked Generac and experienced a power outage for 5 1/2 hours. Transferred over and back without a hitch.(mother in law was home and didn't notice anything). One of the best investments i ever made.

We operate a child day care and we purchased a 22KW Generac due to constant power outages in my area. This product far exceeds the expectations I had. We have only had Generac backup generator a few months. During that time we have had some power outages. The power went out and within 5 seconds Generac back up generator started and ran just as promised until the power returned (close to an hour). We are reminded of the Generac's presence every 3 weeks when it tests itself by starting up and running for about 5 minutes. That is a reassuring sound!
