I purchased the generator last year and have used it much more than I expected. Give us a nice warm feeling knowing its ready when needed

I had the stand by Generator installed a month ago, and the very next day , we lost power for 5 hours and the generator, worked perfectly!

New unit is much noisier(subjectively) than the old Generac it replaced. It is not just wifi, but cellular connection to maintenance dealer. slick.

Glad we purchased the generator. Now I don't have to worry about my family during an outage especially if I'm away from home.

I have had Generac 24W for 1 month and it's weekly start and programed runtime has been good. Power has one out for about 5 minutes and Generac started and powered of when power back on.

We have 1 year with the machine and we think is fantastic. Price and noise are bit high but is a good investment. We implemented a noise isolated room with air extractors and fans, and the final result is great!

Coming up on one year from installation. Not needed it yet, which is fine. It is like an insurance policy. Hope you never use it but nice to know it is there.
