unit was a DOA. Approximately a month later and 17k spent parts are unavailable via warranty and this is unacceptable

I had the stand by Generator installed a month ago, and the very next day , we lost power for 5 hours and the generator, worked perfectly!

I'm happy that I installed this generator. Being gone much of the time it gives me peace of mind to know if the power goes out I don't have to worry.

Our builder installed the generator in April. We thought we had a 7 year warranty but were unable to register it. Very frustrating
