We were on the fence about getting one until we lost power 8 times in 1 summer. We have 2 toddlers and it was just really annoying to not have power with little kids. really glad we pulled the trigger on this.

I had my 22 KW installed and have never had a problem whatsoever with this unit. Maintenance is simple the only thing I've had to replace is a battery one time.

Great piece of equipment, great technology behind this generator. We live in Florida and in the summer if we lose power we cant live in the house without the AC don't have to worry about it anymore thanks to GENERAC.

After waiting 4 months the generator has finally arrived. It looks good. Features, Quality, etc will be known in time, but the time to wait for the generator and communication with the company doing the sale & install was absolutely unacceptable.

Got up and running in January 2019 it starts and runs weekly flawlessly had a power outage it kicked in before I realized it as out and I would highly recommend this generator.
