This product is well designed. Its exterior is sleek and speaks to quality. Its load management features are ideal for our home which has 2 heat pumps. We also added the hot water heater management module. We are now hurricane ready!

the mobilink feature is too dificult to install!!! I ended up not adding the feature. I even had a support person helping me. JUST TOO DIFFICULT TO INSTALL
