I am very happy with my new Generac generator and the stand which is sits on, allowing it to remain above the snow in the Winter. Mike and Jim who installed it for me are true professionals and I would highly recommend a Generac whokle house generator. It gives me such peace of mind having it as a backup for power outages. We are so happy we purchased our generator. Many neighbors were buying the Guardian Series Generac generator and raving about it. We now don't have to worry when the power goes out to not have our house air conditioned or our refrigerator not working. We love how we can monitor it from the app and see when it comes on when we are not home. No regrets and we highly recommend to have this Generac product installed in your home!

The unit is made well, and the cabinet is nice not being made out of steel. The unit is quieter than I thought it would be and started up on its 1st. weekly test. Only had it for two weeks and waiting for a power outage so I can see how it works. It will do just fine, I am sure.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the performance and features of the unit. I have a 3600 sq. ft home with 7 tons of A/C. The unit handled everything I could throw at it and didn't miss a beat. However, the unit has a small oil leak at the oil filter mounting base. The installer has changed out the oil filter on 3 occasions thinking it may have been a bad batch of filters. Both he and I think it is most likely an issue with the mounting surface that may be slightly warped as we cannot see any scratches or nicks. We are working with Generac to have this issue resolved and as of yet, it has not. Other than this, I am extremely satisfied and would have put quality as excellent if it were not for this one issue.

After years of hurricanes and the thought of losing power for sometimes days I finely have no worries.If your tired of trying to find fuel before and after a storm so you can have just the basics in life with a portable generator that most times wont start when you need it, this is a must..Its cost will pay for itself over the years I will not have to suffer in the heat after a fla hurricane..Im very happy I chose to get this installed and the peace of mind it will bring will be well worth it..

Bought and paid for the wi if remote subscription $50 a year back in October 2020; was connected once for about a week cannot connect and have basically paid for the subscription but still cannot connect, my wi fie signal is around 30% which is considered strong but no connection, that’s my only complaint

We recently moved from New Jersey where we had our 1st Generac 22KW generator and were completely pleased with its performance and overall value.
