Mike, Aiden, Damon and Andrew from Adam's Electric did a super job of the installation and cleaned up everything. I'm susceptible to outages being out in the country with many trees around and I love the reliability of a Generac unit backing up my home.

I have had this new whole home generator for about two months now and all the weekly auto tests are performed as scheduled automaticly. I have performed the monthly transfer tests and they have have worked flawlessly. It has also covered two power outages and restored power to my house within 12 seconds, both times. I love my Generac.

We've had the generator for only a short time and haven't yet had to rely on it, but we are absolutely ecstatic with our purchase. It looks great, runs quiet, and re-powers the whole house in under 30 seconds. The mobile link is a bonus, as it keeps us informed every time there is a status change, as well as keeping track of the time run, as well as how much longer till maintenance is needed. Love this 22KW Generator, generator dealer suggested a 16kw with control modules but I decided to go with the 22KW(go big or go home), installation was a breeze, now I just have to wait until our next power failure... very easy to use, just wish they came in a darker color to be able to match the house(wife suggestion), as long as it does its job, very pleased...thank you Generac.

I JUST PURCHASED AND HAD INSTALLED A 18Kw/ w/ ATUO TRANSFER SWITCH. THIS GENERAC GENATOR IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEACE OF MIND YOU WILL EVER HAVE. Why did I pick a Generac Standby Natural Gas generator? There are many reasons. First, I purchased my first 15 KW Generator Standby Generator, Model 04760, in 2005. It has been through many power outages over the years and has come on overtime. Secondly, this year with Hurricane Irma, we lost power for over 60 hours and my Generac Generator worked continually with no problems. I had AC, lights, refrigerator, stove and everything else while most of my street did not. Could not ask for a more reliable unit. Thirdly, having Natural Gas to the generator provides the needed fuel without refilling anything tank. Fourth, the Automatic Transfer Switch worked just like it was design to do. This is some of the reasons, I had a new Generac 22 KW generator installed this past week. It quieter when running and Exercise Timer provides the necessary exercise of the generator on a week cycle. This is great for the unit living near the beach. Also, the new Hurricane pad is great for us that live in Florida. Could say more for the wonderful Generac Standby Generator. John Hilliard

Had a 7 kw Mil Bank generator for 11 yrs started to have a a lot of trouble with it they went out of business so nobody works on them , purchased a 14kw generac just had it installed today 2/8/22 so have to wait and see how it works, the company that installed it did a excellent job.

My 18kw whole house generator with transfer switch was installed by United Electric,Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin. The crew showed up on-time on June 26th as promised. They went right to work. They were completed by 3pm. They had duga 9 foot trench to bury the wire to the box. It was all filled in like it was never there. Clean job. No fingerprints or dirt anywhere. They fully explained the operation. Started and ran unit. The only problem I and United have is the manufacturer balking at providing the 10 year warranty ( so United says)as promised. I would recommend United Whole heartedly.

Did a lot of research and decided on Generac. I am chairman of the board of our local power provider. I had our our staff spec out my size needs, based on my peak usage for the past 6 months. I bought a unit much larger than recommended. When final hook up was done(very expensive) we could not even test the unit because a starter battery was not included. Then the state electrical inspector and my local professional electrician informed me that the breaker in the unit was abou 1/2 of what was needed to power this unit. I still do not have it on line. Very disappointed at this time.
