Can’t say enough about this was the best investment I’ve done given my peace of mind of always having power. I live out in a rule area, and we lose power quite often deer in the winter and some times it’s a few hours and there was a time when we had no power for 5 days and not able to run the well and getting down in the 20s pipes freeze up. So now I live with peace of mind

Product looks nice, installation went smoothly, worked with my schedule to get it installed and start-up. It was started up this morning ran smooth and quiet technician explained the operation and set up of weekly test schedule. Overall satisfied with installation and startup. Price seemed a little high. We now have a backup power which is what we were after no more outages to worry about!!

My Generac Guard was installed a couple of days ago. The installation and startup went great -- impressive! I now feel peace of mind about the potential for power outages. Excellent representative - workers were professional, efficient, and great on explaining product to me. I like the look of the unit.

My wife and I purchased our house a little over three years ago. Ever since we moved in and having our first power outage, I stated to my wife that I wanted a whole house generator for piece of mind and not having to worry about food spoilage or freezing. My wife fought me on this just a tad, but finally when I presented all the benefits of having a whole house generator, she gave me the green light to move forward with the project. I did some internet research and asking friends/family which generator they had or recommended. The majority of them highly recommended Generac and I went to their website and filled out a free quote inquiry. Within a couple days I had a contractor (CME Electric) contact me and they were superb. The contractor was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and was always and I mean ALWAYS on time. We had great communication throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend them to everyone. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and I have convinced my two older brother to purchase generators for their houses and I highly recommend Generac!

We have had our 24KW installed for 539 days, and without question, one of the best investments ever made. It has run properly without fail. Just a few days ago, we experienced 2 outages, one lasted 5 hours, and the other 4.5 hours both with in 2 days of each other, and Generac performed perfectly. Thank you, Generac.

This generator has great features and the installation crew from Holly Electric Inc, Samuel, Matt and Carl did a fantastic job i terrible weather conditions to complete the install and setup. Would highly recommend this product and Holly Electric to anyone wanting whole house coverage in power outages.

Quality product with perfect installation by Blackout generators out of Oklahoma City. It works very well as 3 days after installation a power outage happened and the Generac generator started up and worked perfectly. I highly recommend these units from Generac for their durability and reliability.

Our 11kW Gernator has just passed 96 hours of run time, almost all of the hours as weekly maintenance runs, and has had maybe 4 hours of emergency run time under load. It now has a oil leak on the drive shaft seal that will cost almost as much to repair as the generator cost originally. The unit looks pristine in the enclosure other than this. When you consider how many hours you put on a typical engine (say your car), it is just not acceptable that a $6 seal would fail. My on line research indicates this is a common problem, so it isn't that I got unlucky. I would not buy Generac again.

My Generac was just installed. The installer did a super job. The installation looks great. The visual of the generator is very good and enhances the overall view of my house. When it was turned on, I started every electric appliance in my house and the generator never missed a beat. I went through Harvey with a small portable generator to which I had to add gas and oil every few hours. Now I will be able to run everything and never add fuel because it runs on natural gas. Everything is automatic so I won't have to worry about electricity if I am gone during a storm. Pease of mind is worth a lot.

Our 26KW generac was delivered and installed May 16th. It ran 3 test cycles and then we had a 90 minute power outage. We immediately noticed oil spillage all over our freshly poured concrete pad. We open the Generac and there was frsh oil all inside. We contacted our dealer and they diagnosed that the seal was improperly installed from the factory. A few later, the technician took everything apart and fix the issue during about 3 hours. We purposely ran the Generac for another hour to ensure there was no oil leakage. We accepted that there may a bit of residue. The machine ran other test cycle and there is oil spillage again. We are so disappointed that our machine seems to be a lemon and has endured this much work and it is barely 1 month old. Now what ? please help
