Have only had the unit for a few weeks, but have already had one power outage. The system started up and entire house was running with electric in a matter of seconds. So far so good.

The installation of our 22Kw Generator went very smoothly. The two installers did an excellent job and there were no problems. Hats off to 360 Electric.

The generator looks like a fine, sturdy piece of equipment behind my house. No power outages so far. I'm also glad I chose the special pad for the generator to sit on. It looks so much stronger than patio stones would be.

I have tried for 3 years to get load shedding installed on our generator. RG Behers electric has not got this job done. Who would I contact to get this work done?

I had a generac at my last house so when I was having my new house built it was a no brainer I was getting another Generac never had a problem with the previous 1 so why would I go anywhere else. Love it

Our generator is brand new so we have not had to use it. Previously we had a 20 kW generator and loved it. It was always there when we needed it. So we are anticipating the same service with our new 22kW. Love the fact that it is WiFi enabled.

Had our 22kw generator installed several weeks before a tropical storm came to town and knocked out power for 11 hours. Certainly was nice to still live life as normal and not have to worry about food spoilage in our refrigerator and freezer.
