Everything about this generator is excellent. The only two issues were we had to wait 18 months to get it installed because the dealer couldn’t get it from the factory in a timely fashion. Also I was denied the free extra warranty because I “bought it before the program date”. Even though I didn’t get it delivered to me. Not cool. The dealer did a great job on the installation.

Shortly after the generator was installed, the power went out. I was just getting ready to leave for an important engagement, but my car was in the garage. I would not have been able to get out of the garage if not for the generator coming on and restoring power to the garage door opener. The power was out for almost 2 hours.

Wrote a review when the unit was installed; 17 months later after its first application, I want to update. Power went out in the morning and between 20 & 30 seconds later the generator kicked in and performed flawlessly {for the next 3 hr and 56 min} until the power was restored. This is what the unit was purchased for and did not disappoint one little bit. Worth the peace of mind. I would recommend to any one seeking reliable performance and dedicated yearly maintenance.

No need to worry about power outages anymore. Esposito's Generator Solutions did the sizing, install and configuration. They were excellent - handled everything from beginning to end. Great product!! with its intelligent load balancing so virtually thw whole house has electricity.

they came to my house no problem no crap just a perfect job all the way around. they came on time cleaned after them self's and were gone in 5.5 hours the city inspector said the electric was some of the best he has ever seen.from the saleman to the job 100 stars.

This unit was purchased to replace a 20 kw destroyed by a flood. There was no hesitation on selection based on 9 years of wonderful performance by the 20 kw unit that was lost. It performed on numerous occasions and was responsible for a number of neighbors to follow our example on going this route. We feel secure and confident living in a rural area with outages that are too frequent.

I lost an entire finished basement due to a power outage. Called for an installation the following week. They finish today tested it and now finally!!! First and foremost thank you to Metro Electric for the exceptional customer service and installation. The team is spot on from the time they arrived until the job was finished and they left everything as neat and tidy as if they were not even here working. This was a tremendous purchase for our household and I can't wait until the power goes out. Anyone living with a well and septic knows how difficult life becomes when the lights go out! It has been four weeks and still waiting to solidify why this was the best decision ever. I'm sure it will be worth it! Thank you Generac for the extended warranty and I am certain what will be a quality product.

I purchased Generac because of its reputation in the field. Most of the cellular communications field use these for backup power so I figured if they trust it to keep millions of dollars of equipment on the air why not me. My unit has worked faultlessly so far and I expect it to for many more years. The weekly exercise program and the auto start features are a god send. Being up in the mountains where we get heavy snow and loose power a lot, my worries are over and I can live with out worries of food spoiling no heat and the ability to cook for the family. If I did it again I would pick the exact same unit and have showed it to numerous neighbors and friends with demos.
