I don't care for bad weather but I can't wait for the power to go off. I have wanted a generator like this for years and I am so excited to finally have one. WHAT PIECE OF MIND! Installers did a great job not only with the installation but also with making themselves available should I have any questions or needs.

After many power outages in 2020 we decided to purchase a generator. We chose Metro Electric to install it because they had the best presentation. It was installed on May 26, 2021. It was a rainy day but the electrician and plumber had tent coverings so they could proceed as planned. When they came into the house they had foot coverings so as not to track in any dirt. We felt they were very professional and knowledgeable. When the electrician was done, he came in to explain the Operating and Maintenance Binder. It said our generator would come on every Wednesday at 12 p.m. and on 6-2-21 it came on at 12 p.m. And on 6-9-21 we had a very short power outage in the morning and the generator immediately came on and then again at 12p.m. We are very pleased with the installation and especially the power outage start. That was great evidence that our system was working.

We have peace of mind like never before after having the Generac in-place at our house. The installers were excellent, very professional, neat and thorough with their work, and pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to the pleasure and comfort of not having to deal with power outages in the future.

We love our whole house generator so now we don't have to worry about being without power. We upgraded the WIFI feature to cellular service for WIFI so that we don't even have to rely on our home WIFI. The warranty on the generator is great and gives us lots of peace of mind. If something goes wrong , the company can look at the generator remotely at any time and diagnosis the problem quickly. Great Product and highly recommended.

Living on the East Coast of Florida for the past 5 years has exposed us to 2 hurricanes. We decided to get rid of a portable gas generator that could only run our refrigerators and some portable fans. We choose a 22KW Generac whole house generator, which was just installed. We got the 10 year warranty from Generac and are looking forward this unit providing power if (or when) our area has another hurricane pass through our coastline. We had a Generac for 15 years and it finely wore out from all the hurricanes we get in Florida and we need electricity due to the medical needs in our family. The Generator has preformed great for our house during 2 Hurricanes this year. It ran everything in the house as during a normal everyday operation at our home. That includes a 5-ton central air unit. Clothes washer, clothes dryer, 2-refrigerators, 3-deepfreezes & all the other normally used appliances.

Contracted with PACE Electrical for the installation of my Generac whole house generator. They were a pleasure to work with. They seamlessly coordinated the gas supplier and gas service installer and their staff arrived on time. The installers from PACE were efficient, professional, neat, and took the time to answer all my questions during the installation process. My Generac started the first time and, after set, up did it’s own test run flawlessly. I would unconditionally recommend PACE for anyone in the DE/PA/MD region. Just had the Generac installed this week and now We have the peace of mind when we go on vacation or out of town and the power goes out there is no need to worry about my freezers and refrigerator not operating. Also the sump pump is always ready without shutting down in a storm. The Two gentlemen that did the install were highly trained in installation of these units. they answered every question I could think of.
