From start to finish the process was excellent and everyone was very knowledgeable, Haven't had the chance to use this product because power outages so far but I know we will. Do not have the worries or concerns since purchasing this producrt and would recommend to others.

The installation of our new 22KW Model 7032 went so smoothly by an absolutely knowledgeable, professional and respectful team. We are very happy and completely satisfied and we would be glad to recommend the Generac company and the Generac approved electrical company to anyone.

We got our Generac 7043, 22kW Generator in August, 2017. The installing company, Doug Williford & Son of Woodville, Texas was most efficient in the installation. The workers are very knowledgeable and polite to work with. They are prompt with servicing of the generator. Last year our electricity was out for 37 hours and I had 2 freezers full of frozen food. It was such a comfort to know that we had no worries. We are so pleased with our Generac and we love Doug Williford & Son Co. and their wonderful service people. I would recommend them to anyone needing a generator within their service area.

Be ready for a long lead time. You will be reposible for your gas installations, which can get costly. Also prepare that you will pay for your mobile link. So wifi doesn't meen you can monitor your unit. Decibal levels are higher than advertised. Do your research before your purchase. Not what I expected somewhat disappointing.

Our generator was purchased through and installed by EXACT Electric. This contractor knows how to communicate with clients, and we were told what to expect and when to expect it every step of the way. I hope I never need to use this generator, but I am 66 years old and just knowing that it is there should the power go out (again) is giving me great peace of mind.

While we have not had any power outages so far since installation, I am confident the Generac will provide peace of mind when it powers up to keep our home functioning during an outage. Starting and running 5 minutes each week is a confidence builder that it is ready to be put into use.

Bought and paid for the wi if remote subscription $50 a year back in October 2020; was connected once for about a week cannot connect and have basically paid for the subscription but still cannot connect, my wi fie signal is around 30% which is considered strong but no connection, that’s my only complaint

Living in an area where we typically have 3-5 days per year where we are without power due to storm damage, having my Generac Guardian system with an automatic transfer switch makes my family and I feel secure knowing we will now have power during these events.

It was installed in a timely fashion. The crew was on time. They cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with their knowledge and skills. Generator looks great. It’s quiet. Runs strong. The only downside is that bright green light when it’s dark. So much for being inconspicuous at night. Lol. I highly recommend this product. Actually I already have to 3 neighbors. Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen.
