Contracted with PACE Electrical for the installation of my Generac whole house generator. They were a pleasure to work with. They seamlessly coordinated the gas supplier and gas service installer and their staff arrived on time. The installers from PACE were efficient, professional, neat, and took the time to answer all my questions during the installation process. My Generac started the first time and, after set, up did it’s own test run flawlessly. I would unconditionally recommend PACE for anyone in the DE/PA/MD region. I trust my Generac generator will live up to its reputation.

We've had the generator for only a short time and haven't yet had to rely on it, but we are absolutely ecstatic with our purchase. It looks great, runs quiet, and re-powers the whole house in under 30 seconds. The mobile link is a bonus, as it keeps us informed every time there is a status change, as well as keeping track of the time run, as well as how much longer till maintenance is needed. My 22kW Generac generator was installed by the Generac Authorized Dealer that I found on this website in September 2021. On May 5, 2022 the power went out for the first time. In about a minute my generator kicked on and I was reassured about my $18,000 investment for my family's piece of mind. That piece of mind lasted about 2 minutes until the generator suddenly shut down and I got a "E2098 Stopped Alarm wiring Error" and generator required service to correct. Until July 9, 2022, I assumed correcting this error was covered under the touted limited warranty since the unit was only 8 months old at the time...but I just got a bill, from the same Generac Authorized Dealer who installed this, to fix an error after TWO minutes of providing promised protection (thats what prompted me to write this review) Now, after ~10 months in use, and this product failing the only time I depended on it...I question it's ability to provide reliable back up power for any portion of my home. Finally, my generator arrived without the Wi-Fi, thus I can't use the phone app that looked so cool in the commercials. My dealer assured me that once my generator was fully installed and registered, Generac would ship the Wi-Fi to the installation address...10 months later no Wi-Fi, just another broken promise. P.S. I just read the T&C and they can refuse to post any review they want, so really curious if my honest review makes it here.

With hurricane season approaching, we now have peace of mind if we lose our electricity. So far we have had this for one day, so I can's say if it will operate as promised, but so far we are happy with this product. Service and installation was excellent.

Our generator was installed August 6, 2020 but we are waiting on the propane tanks to be installed before start up can occur. There seems to be a shortage of tanks right now. Jason II, Eli and Johnny from Holly Electric did an excellent job with the installation.

We have had our 22KW Generator with Transfer switch a few days. We researched these generators for almost a year before picking the Generac. Our dealer did a great job in installing. setting it up and going over the details with us. We have a sump pump in the basement with a short term back-up, but the power has been off long enough for us to have to pack up a gasoline generator to keep the home from flooding. We now have complete peace of mind that not only the sump pump, but the entire house will not lose power again. It has given us the sensation of freedom from that worry ever again. We would recommend the Generac generator!

We got our Generac 7043, 22kW Generator in August, 2017. The installing company, Doug Williford & Son of Woodville, Texas was most efficient in the installation. The workers are very knowledgeable and polite to work with. They are prompt with servicing of the generator. Last year our electricity was out for 37 hours and I had 2 freezers full of frozen food. It was such a comfort to know that we had no worries. We are so pleased with our Generac and we love Doug Williford & Son Co. and their wonderful service people. I would recommend them to anyone needing a generator within their service area.

Brent at Browning Power Systems in Michigan and Clint at Generac were awesome to work with! Brent gave us a couple of options for generators. He was on site thru the entire installation & took care of all the little details. Greatly appreciated all he did & look forward to having a working generator when needed!
