I now have peace of mind knowing that the next power outage will not mean disruption of medical device use and loss of heat due to ice storms. I live in a rural area and winter ice storms and summer thunderstorms mean loss of power 2 to 4 times a year. My wife and I can now rest assured that we do not have to try to relocate due to power outages. We will be warm and safe from travel during ice storms and cool during summer storms.

My wife and I purchased our house a little over three years ago. Ever since we moved in and having our first power outage, I stated to my wife that I wanted a whole house generator for piece of mind and not having to worry about food spoilage or freezing. Within a couple days I had a contractor (CME Electric) contact me and they were superb. The contractor was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and was always and I mean ALWAYS on time. We had great communication throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend them to everyone. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and I have convinced my two older brother to purchase generators for their houses and I highly recommend Generac!

Our generator was installed a 5 days ago and we have already reaped the benefits of the installation. Only one day after installation and activation we had a power outage for approximately 4.5 hours. I expect that it will serve us well in future outage events.

The generator arrived on time well packaged and undamaged direct from the factory. It was installed by my local electrician and plumber without any major problems. The cabinet looks great and the runtime doesn't seem to bother my neighbors. First time we asked it to generate during a power outage it worked flawlessly.

The wiring connections were mislabeled so the electrician had to spend hours with product support to figure it out. It actually came from the factory with the control wire connection points mislabeled. This additional time really increased the cost of the install. This 24kW doesn't run my tools as well as the 7kW Honda I had. Never should have switched to a Generac that is rated with 3 times as much output. Never get Generac'ed again.

Our new unit was installed today by an efficient, professional and extremely courteous team. This new generator gives our family a peace of mind with the upcoming northeast winter. I have recommended this product to many of my friends hoping they will realize the value this generator will add to their home security. I should have made this decision five years ago, yet so happy it is installed now !

This product will run my entire house. The company that did the installation did an outstanding job. The installers were confident, friendly, knowledgeable and I felt totally comfortable with their work. They were on time for their set appointment times, if not early, and explained the features. I have dealt with Generac in the past and am confident I will receive the same quality from this unit.

Since the Generator was installed, we have not lost electrical power to our home .However, we expect the Generator to perform as advertised. We were surprised at the number times the installer had to come back to get the Mobile Link feature operational. All in all, we are very pleased with the price, product and warranty.

We got our 13KW unit back in 2008. We just went thru Hurricane Zeta and the unit ran for ~20 hours straight with no issues what so ever. The power went out and about 90 seconds later the power came back on. We had lights, we had television, until the cable went out, we had A.C. (I didn't have to hear, "I'm hot" a single time), and we had coffee the next morning, all on about 50 gallons of LPG. I financed the unit through my credit union so payments were deducted from my check. After about two paychecks, I didn't even miss the money. I am definitely glad we made the investment and plan to upgrade to a Generac 22KW unit within the next year so.
