Most of my buying and install was a very good experience. Everyone was friendly and eager to answer my questions. My one big complaint is there was no low stage propane valve installed when the gas lines were installed.The propane company now has to install a low pressure valve on the generator at an additional cost to me. Not very happy about that as it should have been installed when the line was installed. When your sales guy comes to your house ask questions! Get everything you expect on the quote!

Third one I have owned. This model is great installation was the best I have seen. Easy to understand operation. Exercise timer worked perfectly first time. If u do not using Generac u just wasting money. The one I had in Florida ran for 100 hours during hurricane in 2005. With no issues.

I gave it a 4 star because I haven't had to use the services yet. The installation process was done very professionally and in a timely manner. Had an issue with initial startup of the generator but got everything going smoothly. I did find the wifi connections a little difficult but finally got it connected later the next day. I would recommend Generac to anyone.

Before my husband died we had other types of generators that he had to start and refuel. I knew I didn't know how to operate those kinds of generators, but because of living in the Ozarks where we do experience power outages I began asking people about their generators. I got feedback from some other widows about how the Generac came on by itself, and they didn't have to do anything which sounded exactly like what I needed so ... I got one. Life is difficult enough for a woman alone, and since this product makes life easier, that's what I wanted.

I travel frequently for work and having a Generac Guardian gives me the peace of mind to know that my family will have power while I'm away. The generator itself is compact and sits to the side of my house out where it is not easily visible. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

After lots of discussion and review, we settled on the 14kW system as we were able to have virtually our entire house with the exception of one of the AC compressors, the basement and one bedroom covered. Not a bad deal for half the price of the larger system. Very happy with the product but the time from order to installation was 9 months (way too long) and now waiting for the WiFi element to be properly configured (another weeks wait).

Purchased the 18K Guardian Generac and worked well right away! Platz Electric (MI) were very efficient and thorough professionally installing not only the generator itself, but also completed everything involved including the electric, gas line connection and installation, etc. I didn't have to hire any additional electricians or heating/gas line installers! They were very helpful and patient with my township inspectors and all my questions etc. Highly recommended!

Bonney installed a Generac generator at my home and the quality of the installation and their professionalism and courtesy far exceeded my expectations. They were very clear about the cost and timeline and communicated with me on a regular basis. Also, I never felt pressured to make a quick decision regarding the contract. The particular team that came to my home (Michael, Cole, Kim and Jonathan) were beyond polite and treated me and my property with the utmost respect. I was astounded that, after digging large trenches and creating a pad, they were determined to restore the ground around the generator exactly as they found it, including redistributing the decorative bark. After the installation, Cole carefully led me through the information I needed to know in regards to assessing the generator's status and how to reset it if necessary. I cannot speak for Bonney's other services, but am confident that they excel in those areas as well. All in all, I would recommend Bonney above any other company in my area and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I placed my order on Nov. 6, 2020 with Corbin Electric for a 22kw backup generator. They took a 5k deposit and told me there was a backlog of orders and my instal would not be until 3/21. March 2021 came and went with no word from Corbin Electric. I contacted them and they said they had sent a email about install being pushed back to July 2021, turns out they had my email Address wrong (possible clerical error as my email address never changed). On July 9th their installer arrived to install the gas line for the generator. I was advised that I would have a pressure inspection with the city on 7/16/21. Their installer didn’t have what he needed to complete the job on 7/9 and told me to Call the office to get someone back before 7/16 so my inspection could proceed. They didn’t come back until until 7/16 and changed my inspection to 7/21/21. Immediately upon passing inspection I notified Corbin electric it had passed and was ready to be turned on. They said they would get back to me with a date to initialize the generator and do the orientation. After a week or so they scheduled me for initialization and orientation on August 16th. August 16th arrived and I FINALLY have a generator I can use now. This whole process took way too long and Corbin Electric never even secured the generator to the concrete pad I had installed which their installer told me they would do when I inquired. While I haven’t needed to use the generator yet, it appears well built. I would caution anyone using Corbin Electric to be prepared for very long delays from the time they take your money until the time you have an operation generator. In my case from 11/6/20 to 8/16/21.

I bought my Generator back in March 2021. This was after experiencing the Big Texas Freeze in February of 2021. That Freeze caused almost $125000 in water damage. Plus, I had a $10800 deductible on my Home Ins. I realized then and there, that is I had purchased and installed a whole house generator I would at least have a fighting chance against Mother Nature and the Insurance Company. The unit arrived 30 days before expectation, I had it placed but, still had to wait for the gas line and the electrical to be installed. Finally, with all of that completed, Parker Power in Lewisville, TX came out and started the unit. The system ran perfectly as advertised. Not 45min. later we had a bad Fall Thunderstorm and w Texas non-reliability we lost the power. The Generator immediately kicked in and ran for the next 2hrs until the utilities came back on. I hardly skipped a beat. Thank God I was able to afford this and have some peace of mind! This is a great generator system.
