Our Model 7226, 18-Watt generator was installed this morning. This is the best piece of installation work we've ever had done on a home (over the last 54 years we've built four homes). Thomas, Jared, and their crew arrrived on time, went right to work, and three hours later we had a superbly installed generator. It's obvious that these men take great pride in their work. If the generator works as well as it looks, we have one beauty of a product sitting outside our home.

Installed a 2005 13kw upgraded to 15kw unit with 100amp transfer switch and breaker box at previous residence ,was excellent unit ,covered 80% of house for 13 years with frequent outages in mountains. Relocated to another state and just set up 22kw with whole house switch, very nice unit. Glad to see exercise times settings and battery charger issues addressed, looking forward to many more years of service.

My wife and I had a Generac 22kw Guardian Series Backup generator installed when we built our home 5 years ago. We haven't really needed for any long period of time until Hurricane Matthew. We were without utility power for two days (very fortunate compared to many). Our Generac kept us fully powered and cool for the entire time!

Installation was excellent, but disappointed with Generac's pre-delivery checks since critical small component was faulty and required several visits by our electrician and tests at our end until final diagnosis resolved. Generac will deliver and install this component within two weeks which is a good turn around, but we feel vulnerable to power outages until resolved. In addition there is some confusion over Generac warm up times - we are hoping for less than one minute in summer, but our installer figures up to four minutes.

I had a 22kW Generator installed, model: 7043-11. During the simulated power outage the generator come on after 5-6 seconds. We had our first schedule test run last Saturday afternoon and it ran perfectly. I feel confident that we will be protected during a storm. This model also comes with built in wifi and mobile link features!

Built my home in summer of 2020, installed the 22kW Generac onto the home and I have never been so happy. Every outage it performed perfectly, every month, it tested perfectly on the 1st. Every time I use the APP to check it or update the maintenance, it’s all good to go. I can’t say enough good things for this product. People, if your just not sure, do it, you won’t be disappointed.

The team at Storm Guardian Generators out of Alvin, TX did an awesome Job. Got many calls about the installation dates and time. Came early on the date, (was cool with me). Got everything completed in a timely manner. Cleaned everything up when finished. And now we wait for center point, not there fault. I would have to say this is a very reliable company and was very competitive on the estimate and gave me more than what other companies were offering. Thanks!! Very much appreciated! Always wanted a whole home generator for my home especially since my wife requires oxygen most of the time. We finally had one installed the other day and we are completely happy with the unit. Plenty of power to take care of our home and it was a very quick and clean install---our local electrical contractor (Mathers Electric) did wonderful, neat work. The generator fired up on the first try and worked perfectly--I couldn't be happier. We looked at plenty of other generator models/companies before we decided, but Generac has always had a great reputation for reliability and so far, they have proven it!

Generac with the whole home switch takes all worries away of a power outage, the monthly self check feature keeps the generator ready for the outage and the mobile link keeps all the information in the palm of your hand. we had Elan Electric install our Guardian 24KW and they did a great job, we would highly recommend Generac and Elan Electric.

We purchased our generator from Gentech, in Ottawa. The team from Gentech did excellent work, the unit looks really good, and it was placed on a custom concrete slab. We haven't had an outage yet, but it does "wake up" every week, runs for 5 minutes, then shuts off. The office staff at Gentech are also a pleasure to deal with. Sheena and Jim.
