From the time I first contacted the Generator SuperCenter about the Generac standby home generator system everyone super friendly extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. When it came to the installation and setup did a great job and cleaned up and the setup went really great. Frank the technician checked out everything got everything running tested it severally times to make sure everything was working correctly then he went over and explained every part of the system and answered any questions that I may have. Having to listen to our neighbors generator kick on immediately after our neighborhood has power lost and knowing they are sitting in their home comfortably (with their a/c running) while we are left with no electric, no a/c (in Florida) we finally decided to get our automatic standby generator installed. Best. Decision. Ever! The process from beginning to end was effortless. We purchased our Generac generator from Holly Electric (Donald and Crystal were awesome!) and they handled everything! The installers Jason II, Eli, and Johnny were professional and friendly and not only installed our generator but cleaned up after themselves including making sure the generator was wiped down free of handprints (Thanks Jason!) a small gesture that showed me he takes pride in his work! I now have peace of mind especially when it comes to the possibility of power loss during hurricane season.

The generator was a replacement . It was an easy install. The documents provided explained everything very well. The installation was very straightforward for anyone with electrical background. The product appears very well engineered. Very satisfied.

This is my second whole house generator,the first was a 13kw installed 12 years ago. Decided to up grade to a 22kw because my load over the years has increased.it is quieter than the previous unit ,starts quickly when power is lost.Should be trouble free like the previous unit.

Installation was completed a week ago just ahead of a heavy wet snowfall. We wondered if we would be protected if the power failed and woke the next morning to hear the motor humming along. Power was lost during the night but the generator never missed a beat powering up immediately and giving us a welcome sound. Peace of mind is worth the investment.

I did my research and found Generac to be the best for a full house generator. The price, the features, the size, the look and the company itself were all the reasons I decided to go with Generac. This was a perfect combination for our needs. I liked the product so much, I gathered 7 of my neighbors to purchase one as well. All did their own research and decided that this was the best choice.

This generator has great features and the installation crew from Holly Electric Inc, Samuel, Matt and Carl did a fantastic job i terrible weather conditions to complete the install and setup. Would highly recommend this product and Holly Electric to anyone wanting whole house coverage in power outages.

We have had 4 major power outages since the first of the year. We searched the internet for different manufactures of home standby generator systems and decided that Generac was the best value. Its appearance is good and we were pleased with the Generac certified technicians who did the installation.

So we had 22kw installed for 3700 sq foot house a few years ago, mostly for zoned air conditioners I can't live without. However, we never really lost power for very long, once installed. I was thinking maybe shouldn't have purchased a generator, although the peace of mind was always nice. Then a few nights ago all these edgy news warnings of a nasty nor'easter on its way possibly taking out power in Philly area, and much of the east coast for that matter, from brutal high winds and wet snow. My wife and I were sitting in the comfort of our toasty home watching a movie Friday night and then boom! ...Total darkness from power outage. Could only hear high winds for about 10 seconds... and then... that transfer switch clicked and that wonderful, beautiful, fantastic, humming sound from the outside generator, and then a few seconds later on come the lights, the TV powers up, the furnace is working. The oven is on. Oh man I can't describe how great that feeling was. I looked outside to see our neighborhood development homes, but nothing but cold wind and total darkness. I almost felt guilty when I sat back down on the couch and asked my wife, " pass the popcorn please". My daughter even stopped by did laundry she needed for work with dryer. No problem for the generator. Power still out days later for many in area, but ours did transfer back to electric company. Everything did work perfectly.
