We live in a cold climate and now that we are old it can be dangerous in sub zero weather to be without power. The last storm we were out 5 days which also means no well pump no water. Huge expenditure with the cost of install for old people. I have not been able to get the wi-fi remote monitor to work as I am not tech savvy, do not understand what they are asking for to be able to follow the instructions, nor can I climb thru the snow banks to get at the generator itself.

22KW generator installed two months ago. Working perfectly. in fact two days ago the power went out and the generator came up and supplied power immediately. About an hour later power was restored and generator shut down. Shortly thereafter it started again for its weekly test run. We are very happy with this generator.

Installation was neat and efficient even following 10” of snow. Installers were courteous and informative. They used drop cloths to keep all floor surfaces safe. And even shoveled snow when necessary. Following installation there was a review of equipment and time for questions. A test was run so that I could hear the generator in operation. Installers made sure pilots on furnace and water heater were lit. A technician came by following the installation to help me download the mobile link.Today, as promised, my generator tested itself. The guys from Generac were amazing. From the installation right to them showing me how the unit works. They even showed me what to look for so i can troubleshoot by myself in case of an emergency when it really matters. The noise deadening insulation on the unit is unbelievable. It is a loud as a lawn mower. I was able to have conversation standing next to it. When it was on line and running, i put everything on in the house including my AC unit. Had no problem keeping the power on without a flicker.

we purchased the 24KW system for our home. we have well system,AC, along with multiple applying needs in country setting. BRE Electric sold and installed our unit at the best possible price, and they were very prompt in installing our unit once all inspections were performed. BRE Electric was a great contractor to work with and highly recommend them as an installer for your generator needs.

The installation was done by E&RPower Solutions. I’m very pleased with the product and really looking forward to the time when we need it to work, not to wish any bad weather too anyone. I know that the guy who installed it had a 4 hour round trip to drive and the days in Kansas right now are hot, humid and very uncomfortable William was nice, friendly and very informative about what he was doing and about the product,a special thanks to him. For that reason only I highly recommend the product.

As my wife and I age we have been doing what we can to make our home easier to live in as we get ready for retirement. Our county in Maine is experiencing some strong winds from an unusual direction for us and causing large area blackouts. We our one of a few with this type of generator on our and other than the internet being disrupted for a couple of we have no disruption in our daily routine. Just installed today and install was great really good crew. When he went to do test of system generator unit fired up but would not switch over to power the house. Installer said there is a defective switch in unit preventing transfer. I understand things happen and am hoping once replaced generator will perform as expected and provide the peace of mind il looking for and the reliability GENERAC is known for.

After living through Wilma and all the other hurricanes that have hit South Florida, I finally said enough is enough. I purchased the Generac 22K and had it professionally installed. We did the test run, and everything worked without fail. We turned on every appliance and could not tell I was on generator power. Solid product and I am sure this is going to reduce a lot of anxiety during the next storm. The way 2020 is going I am sure a hurricane will be coming our way. I had to call the Generac customer support line for assistance with the app and getting connection and the support staff are awesome. So, Generac hits a home run, great product and great people.
