With the frequency of power outages that we experience, although short lived makes this a wonderful way to proceed "as if nothing had happened". We have Medical equipment that needs to be active 24/7 and this generator setup alleviates all of my anxiety. With the Propane Conversion Option, even in a catastrophe, where natural gas was cut off, we would continue to run without a worry. Thanks Generac!

From quote to installation to start-up , everyone was great with instructions and explaining the unit's features. Could not be happier with my new security blanket.

I have not had this generator for very long. The only thing I can state is with the cable designed to be used with generator the installation was very straight forward and went very easy. The most difficult piece was the cable was not very flexible in cold conditions. More will follow as generator gets used.

I'm very satisfied with the product. The installation process was okay - my lawn is still a mess. Additionally, the company (ARK Generator) has yet (waiting for two months) to provide documentation on the 10 Year Warranty and assist me in setting up MobilLink.

I had the 22kw unit installed recently. A few days after it was installed our power went out. It started up right away and we all the electrical power we needed. I recommend the unit to my brother and he bought it and is very satisfied with his purchase. I would recommend the 22kw unit model 6551 to anyone.

After suffering through frequent electrical outages in my neighborhood for far too long, I purchased my Generac, and I love everything about it. The installation was easy and thoroughly professional, and the unit itself runs perfectly. No longer do I worry every time my lights blink, because my Generac is there to keep everything going. No longer do I have to suffer from work interruptions. As an older woman living alone, I especially appreciate the added sense of security my Generac gives me. Above all, to me my Generac means peace of mind, which is every bit as important as the power it supplies.

Excellent System! During Hurricane Ida, we lost power on that Sunday afternoon, was restored Friday evening. System kicked on, was shut down daily to check oil, which it did not use a drop. Ran my house with no problems, even able to wash and dry clothes. Used double oven. My daughter and her son came over because they lost power as well, brought the food out her refrig and freezer to keep it from spoiling. One thing to note, system stayed relatively cool, unlike portable generators I have used in the past. So this unit should last a long time. Haven't got my gas bill yet, but I didn't have to go in search of gas or go out twice a day and fuel the unit, so that's a plus right there

Used within first week of installation for 6 hours. Powered entire house inncluding 5-ton central air conditioning. Very nice. Only criticism is that literature focuses on Wi-Fi feature when our unit was installed with cellular connection. Discovered cellular after 45 minutes of trying to connect Wi-Fi. Suggest literature related to cellular be provided when cellular is installed.

I live in an older subdivision built many years ago with above ground power running between large fenced yards. This means trees are never trimmed. A storm and we loose power. Wind? Power loss. A calm, cloudless sunny day? Those too thanks to squirrels not understanding transformers. It was late this spring after my third outage in two months, two over 24 hours, that I finally pulled the plug. Install of our 4022 wasn’t until September by Tek Electric, and as predicted the install kept the power stable for months. The first outage was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, 20 minutes before we were supposed to get on the road for a 10 hour drive. Pre-generator, I’d have considered canceling the drive and at a minimum, pre-emptively emptied the fridge and freezer into the garbage since I had a neighbor putting garbage out on Friday. As it was, I just texted the neighbor and asked if he could shut the generator off for a bit to cool down if it was still running in 24 hours. I only needed the generator for just over 2 hours, which I was able to confirm down the road with MobileLink. A much more pleasant experience than either dumping my food or delaying the Thanksgiving drive.
