Our dealer/installer Absolute Solar and Energy Solutions installed our backup generator today. The installers were very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I was very impressed. They handled all aspects of the job to provide a turn-key solution which I very much appreciated. The generator worked flawlessly during the tests which leaves me with confidence that it will be there when my family needs it the most. We also installed the mobile link wifi monitoring app on my smartphone so that I can check the status of the generator from anywhere at any time. I highly recommend Generac generators.

Just had it installed today 5/15/18 and very impressed with the way it's constructed the contractor was honest and professional he accidentally delivered the wrong size generator which was a 22kw which he originally recommended a 16kw but he said 22kw is better but it cost more but he worked it out where the monthly terms would be the same I would just be paying 4 months longer after the 36 month term,He explained how everything worked.

My generator was up and running yesterday. I feel so safe knowing that my power will not go off. I work from home and the need for having my computer, internet, and work tools up and running is so important to me. The employees were great throughout the entire process. The company has been so professional even acknowledging a coupon for annual service that I got in the mail. I am so glad that I installed my generator and will recommend them highly to my family and friends.

I had been taking gas cans and getting them filled to run a 6500 watt generator for years during power outages from hurricanes, When i read up on Generac whole house generators and talked to some friends that had them I was sold. When it was started up and tested for the first time yesterday it was a good feeling, The unit ran perfectly and ran all of the utilities in the house including the air conditioner. It is a nice looking unit and will serve my electrical needs for years.

I'm very satisfied with the product. The installation process was okay - my lawn is still a mess. Additionally, the company (ARK Generator) has yet (waiting for two months) to provide documentation on the 10 Year Warranty and assist me in setting up MobilLink.

July 6/23 Tony and crew Mitchell & Jacob completed the full instal with a mini demo of power fail. Sat July 8/23 had a slight problem with the Mobil Link and contacted Mobil link Support and Todd had us online in no time a very nice informative feature. Given that I have full COPD and require 24/7 home oxygen this type of product gives Judy and myself a great deal of comfort/peace of mind that we will be looked after in the event of a power fail. My Generac was just installed. The installer did a super job. The installation looks great. The visual of the generator is very good and enhances the overall view of my house. When it was turned on, I started every electric appliance in my house and the generator never missed a beat. I went through Harvey with a small portable generator to which I had to add gas and oil every few hours. Now I will be able to run everything and never add fuel because it runs on natural gas. Everything is automatic so I won't have to worry about electricity if I am gone during a storm. Pease of mind is worth a lot.

After a rare deep snowstorm in our part of Texas where we lost power completely for 3 days, we knew it was (past) time to install a backup system. We called the Malek Service Company in College Station, Texas at the recommendation of a neighbor who had purchased one of their systems. I give this company my highest recommendation for prompt response to inquiry, prompt installation, great explanations about the operating procedures and features of the generator, and friendly and expert service personnel. The unit runs perfectly and can power our whole house. No more worries about power outages, freezer meltdowns, or freezing (or blistering) in-home temperatures. We could not be happier.
