I helped my elderly parents move into a home with all electric services. Last winter, that area had no power for 3 weeks after a heavy snowstorm downed power lines. This is the first house they’ve ever lived in without a fireplace or heating oil so it was important to me that they have a generator before this winter set in. Thankfully, the vendor I chose, Roe’s Abode, had equipment in stock and provided everything we would need! They even were able to replace the electrical panel when they discovered that the main switch wouldn’t turn off the power to the house! Professional, efficient, and friendly AND fully equipped to get the job completed quickly! Makes my parents and I sleep a lot more comfortably knowing the house is covered in the event of an outage!

I had my 14 KW generator installed in late September 2022 after ordering it in March 2022. In my opinion, it has already paid for itself. Over the holidays in Maine, we lost power mid-day on December 23rd and didn't have it restored until after noon on the 25th. Without our generator, our Christmas probably would not have been much fun. Instead, we had heat, running hot water (we have a well with an electric pump), and light. We were able to bake cookies and watch holiday shows on TV in the middle of the power outage. The Generac system worked flawlessly both turning on and turning off. I honestly couldn't recommend it more.

The generator has performed flawlessly each time we have lost power. It's a great source of comfort knowing we have this backup at the ready. We were concerned in advance about how loud it might be, based on some neighbors machines, but our Generac is considerably quieter than we thought it would be.

Two days ago we had a 26KW Guardian whole House Generator installed by Riverside Electric Cincinnati. The install went extremely well and the installers were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything looks and functions very well. The morning after we had the generator installed high winds took down power lines in our area and we lost electricity. The generator kicked in just like it should and it powered up our house within just a couple of minutes. We are very happy !!!

Voltz Electric was wonderful to work with in this process. Answered all of my many questions!! Work was done with respect to my property and by very polite electricians. Looking forward to being able to have my entire home covered in the event of a power outage! Especially the sump pumps, AC, furnace…And more!

We live in rural area, known for electric utility random outages, so we decided to get ready for the next outage. Our 24KW generator with automatic transfer switch powers up our whole house; HVAC, water heater, range, oven, dryer, well pump, security system, lights, TVs, etc. We invited proposals from a couple contractors. We talked with a few of Balanced Electric's other customers and they gave us a thumbs up recommendation. Our project was done in about 8 weeks, and we're now ready for winter weather. We had a Generac for 15 years and it finely wore out from all the hurricanes we get in Florida and we need electricity due to the medical needs in our family. Between the company that installed the generator and the Generac company you could not ask for a more professional service and they all were very helpful in making sure we understood everything for beginning to end. A special thank you to Holly Electric team (Samuel, Matt and carl) when they finished the job every thing was picked up and clean. I could not ask for a better team Tanks to everyone Awesome job done by all.

The Generac Generator looks good, test good, is waiting for the first power outage to see and feel how it works. The installation time was acceptable. It was more expensive than necessary for all that I had to do to get area ready and the calling, etc. I had to do to get gas meter checked and upgraded in the installation process. BUT it is done. I pray that it works efficiently and long term and that Canter does a good job of monitoring and maintaining its operation.

Metro Electric out of Romeo, MI installed our Whole House System and did a Wonderful job from Quote to finish. Recommend them highly. Detroit Edison power is finicky, we lose power several times a year and with freezers and a Sump Pump we grimace whenever the wind blows. We had four brownouts\power losses this year, now Bring It On! We feel much better having this, saved for 12 years to buy this system.
