It is a nice feeling now not to have to worry about outages. just too old to fight portable generators and have to find fuel for them. a very nice looking unit, quieter than my old unit. installation was very professional. would highly recommend to anyone.

Just installed today by billy.i like everthing was coordinated with the power company & the propane company.everyone doing their job to get us up & running.everyone was professional & doing their job.we may never need to use but as we are getting older it's nice to know we have backup power.thanks.

We've had the generator for only a short time and haven't yet had to rely on it, but we are absolutely ecstatic with our purchase. It looks great, runs quiet, and re-powers the whole house in under 30 seconds. The mobile link is a bonus, as it keeps us informed every time there is a status change, as well as keeping track of the time run, as well as how much longer till maintenance is needed. After several power outages, my wife and I decided to invest in a Generac whole home standby generator system. Our local installers did a great job in setting it up. Though we hope to never have to use this system (our weather patterns show we most likely will in the near future), just knowing that it is on automatic standby, brings great peace of mind to our family. I have been contenplating either solar or generator for a while now. I got an estimate for both and decided for the generac because of the words of other people I know, the looks of the unit, other reviews, and the installing company information. I also have used the installation company for other work in my home and the employees have been professional, polite, courteous, leave a clean work site when completed, and were on time.

The product is just what we needed in light of hurricanes and winter freezes. It gives us the confidence, safety, and dependability to stay in our home when a weather event or line failure occurs. Generator Industries did a great job on installation and startup.

Seams to be a good item, however support stinks. I tried to download manual and spent over half an hour searching for it and came up with nothing. Tried by serial number and by model number. If you want to see complicated, go to Generac web site Do not bother to try to register the generator. Tried to, and after over an hour seeing Processing Please Wait on the screen I gave up

Recently had Generac Gaurdian series generator installed to replace older generator. The purchase and installation process was an outstanding experience.Karriker Electrical Service (Salisbury, NC) were tremendous to work with. They were knowledgeable, came when they said they would and did what they said they would do.(unusual for our community!). The removal of the old system and installation of the new went without a hitch. I would highly recommend Karrikers! That being said, dealing with the Generac Company has been less than satisfying. There have been ten minute waits while trying to reach a person on the phone. The process for applying for the ten year warranty would not work for me. Mobilelink has not worked for more than 48 hours at a time (even with a 60-70% indicated wi-fi signal). I can only hope the generator is more reliable than the company has been so far.

My new 24K Generac generator was recently installed and I am very satisfied with the appearance and performance. The installer was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. I would highly recommend A.S.H. Electric to anyone wanting to install a whole house generator for their home.
