After Katrina in south Mississippi we were without power and water for 23 days. It was 105 degrees for several days. Miserable. Since then every time a storm would move into the Gulf my tension levels would go off the charts. We decided to fix the problem. In the fall of 2016 we installed a Generac 22kw propane fueled generator. Within 4 months we have lost power 5 times due to tornadoes and storms. The last outage the generator ran 10 hours straight with no problems. We were the only house in our area with lights. It was awesome! We don't worry about power failures anymore. The dealer installation was accomplished in one day with great care taken not to damage our lawn with wheel ruts. The Generac unit has run several days during power outages providing all the power we need for normal activities in our home. It does exactly as your ad claims. Thank you.

I unpacked & set up my Generac on a concrete pad in the optimum location for NG & electrical hook. A connection layout was done by our provincial utility authority. Our electrical contractor had the electrical service connected, tested & inspected in a morning. Three weeks after installation an auto accident caused a 4 hour power interruption that proved the value of this whole house installation.

I had a 55KW diesel generator that was too much for our needs and not reliable for a non mechanical person. I have the 22KW Generac and it was all installed and working in half a day in a very professional manner. It does its five minute check every Sunday without fail. The other week high winds took out hydro and it the generator cut in seamlessly at -23c. Hydro said five hours but at three hours the generator turned off as the power was back on. Living in the woods this is just what I had hoped would happen, piece of mind power.

Installed 22kw unit in October 2016. We are away for several weeks during the winter and we were always fearful that a power outage would result in catastrophic damage to our home and business due to frozen pipes. We also have a sewer pump/grinder unit that only has a capacity of 100 gallons. If we lost power, we couldn't use water without fear of sewage backing up into our house.. My electrician recommended Generac over the other leading brand and reviews backed up his opinion. So we had it installed. It took about a week due to the additional installation of two propane tanks. To date it has given us peace of mind when we are away. The mobile link has worked great allowing us to check the status of the generator when we are out of state. We haven't had any power outages as of yet, but I'm sure one will happen sooner before later.

Professional interaction with installer, Spectrum electric. They know the Generac product and how to install it inside and out. Only one instance of power outage since installation. Generator performed perfectly for approx 1.5 hours during outage and kept house comfortable including heating units operation. My only complaint is that the unit is noisier than expected and location between houses amplifies the noise during operation.

Love the smaller size, equally powerful, and talks to me! So many updates from the original generator it replaced! Very reassuring getting email alerts telling me it is testing and 'Ready to run'!!! No more guessing if it is working. Direct communication with Generex is an added bonus! Best feature ever!!

I was very impressed in the entire process. The initial survey to determine my needs, installation, and customer service have been top notch.
