We bought the generic after an extended power outage. The buying process was very easy, installing the system was very quick. It works advertised.

works fine, decent value. that's pretty much it. Noisier than we'd like but that's part of the tradeoff

Generator installed and first day had a battery charging issue. Fault comes and go and has not been fixed yet.

The only thing i wonder now is WHY did I wait so long to get my generator. It is everything I wanted, heard it would be and it performed flawless

If you have the money for a Generac, it is a great peace of mind and protection for your home/family.

Unit works, but don't expect much from the WiFi. Never could get mine connected to WiFi nor even find the SSID.

Purchased in 2024. The unit has provided back up power several time. Two occasions doe a week or more

I bought this unit approx 2 months ago and am very glad I did. Can't wait for the first time we need it.

Glad for the peace of mind. We haven't had it come on yet but it is good to know it is ready to work for us.
