LAST MONTH, CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING I BELIEVE WE HAD A VERY SERIOUS COLD FRONT COME THROUGH TENNESSEE, 18 & 20 BELOW IN SOME AREAS, AND FOR TENNESSEE THAT’S PRETTY MUCH UNHEARD OF. WE WERE HAVING ROLLING OUTAGES EVERY 30 mins. WAS SUPPOSED EVERY HOUR, IN EACH GRID, MY GENERAC WAS PREFORMING FLAWLESSLY, BUT I WAS STILL CONCERNED ABOUT OUR APPLIANCES, HAVING JUST BOUGHT THIS HOME BECAUSE OF THE FLOOD THAT HAD CAME TROUGH WAVERLY, TN. ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF EARLIER, WE HAD LOST EVERYTHING AND HAD TO REPLACE WITH NEW IN THE NEW HOUSE WE PURCHASED, SO I WENT OUT TO THE A.T.S AND THREW THE BREAKER, AND OUR 18KW GUARDIAN SERIES RAN LIKE A CHAMP !!!!!! WE HAD TO REPLACE ABSOLUTELY ZERO APPLIANCES, OR THE 2yr. OLD CENTRAL HEAT & AIR UNIT !!!!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE GENERAC GENATOR AND THE GENERAC COMPANY, AS WELL A.E.C. LLC ( ALPHA ELECTRIAL CONTRACTORS LLC. ). THIS GENATOR SAVED US THAT DAY !!!!! I RECOMMEND THE GENERAC GENATOR TO EVERYONE, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED & A.E.C. LLC. Keith Geoff, AND ALL THE GUYS THERE, YOU WON’T FIND A BETTER GENATOR OR A COMPANY TO DO THE INSTALLATION ANYWHERE !!!! THANK YOU GENERAC & A.E.C LLC. !!!!!

We live in a rural area that has experienced several recent power outages. The derecho storm that affected the mid west this summer left us without power for five days. Since our install after the storm we have not been without power thanks to the automatic and reliable transfer to our Generac power source! Our qualified dealer installation was timely, and a neat job, done with perfection. We highly recommend Generac!

Stuller's process of providing the initial sight analysis, listening to the details of what I wanted updated and changed was very pleasant. They followed up promptly with a comprehensive proposal & estimate with a clear explanation of each system component. This gave me the reassurance they had the experience and expertise I was looking for. In addition, they provided fair pricing and even took the time to correct errors identified in our original generator installation. I decided to get a generator after my husband passed away. We had a gas powered one, but knew I couldn’t start it. Best decision! I was worried about the winter & being in a cold house with my old dog. Possibly snowed in. Well worth it for peace of mind. Installation by Corbin Electric was quick and efficient. Wonderful experience, everyone was so helpful.

My Generac was installed by a highly qualified contractor who knows Generac completely. The generator not only checks it self weekly but sends me a monthly report to my PC. I contacted my insurance company advising of the installation and received a discount on my home owners policy. The unit sets quietly behind my house and looks very nice due to a great installation. I placed a small fence (6 feet long ) to block view from the street, not because of a bad view but to discourage thieves. The unit runs once weekly and is so quiet that my neighbors and I have difficultly even hearing it run. Love this machine, WAW

Our permanently installed Generac home backup generator protects our home automatically. It runs on natural gas and sits outside just like a central air conditioning unit. If you think by just buying a Generac backup generator, you’ll receive the extended 7 year warranty, you’d be wrong. You absolutely MUST follow certain “rules” to the letter. If you don’t follow a strict set of criteria, you will not qualify. I think their procedure for this is very misleading. Not very customer friendly in this respect. I did my research thoroughly and still didn’t qualify because of nitpicking. Sad! Other then that, I have no negative feedback.

Had my 22KW generator installed professionally by Generac today. Also had two surge protectors and a automatic transfer switch installed. Nice clean install and the unit started on the first try. Installers showed up on time and were very courteous. Unit enclosure looks good and access to change the oil and filter is easy. I'm very happy with this installation. Thank you Anthony and Crew.

Backup power is very important for us due to health issues and provides us the safety and security to remain in our country home. We are on a well and can't live without heat or a/c throughout the year. Knapp's Electric(Generac contractor) and TrueComfort(Gas Line contractor) were very professional and completed a bang up job. The process was well explained and all our questioned expertly answered. We found the cost somewhat high although manageable for long term dependability. Worth it for us. We would highly recommend these contractors. The only negative is that the Dealer-Managed Plan should be included without cost. TKS

Site preparation was simple and the dealer installed this 22kw unit complete with transfer switch and associated wiring in one day. Unit performs self test once a week which gives us piece of mind that it will be available during an actual power outage.
