Just had this installed at my home. Todd Eppley/Darien Generators did a great job installing and was able to coordinate all the moving parts to get this done in a smooth fashion without much headache to me. He answered all my questions and look forward to having this protection in place. I recommend his services highly.

I consulted with Adam's Power to install a Geneac house backup generator system recently and I'm sure glad I signed with them. I had three proposals and they were by far the most clear, comprehensive and competative. Dan Schopp was my tech sales representative and was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon signing they scheduled the work promptly and delivered and installed on time. Their office admin were very friendly and managed scheduled coordinated flawlessly with inspector and utility Co. And no worries....The installers, (Joe and JT ) performed and coordinated the work quickly and were done and cleaned up better than I hoped. The installation was done better than I expected no excuses or by the ways etc. they were very pleasant and professional and did an exceptional job. When complete they went over everything thoroughly, explained entire system, and I set up for a multi year optional maintenance schedule. We just completed our installation of our new 22KW standby genset. The other unit the 16KW was installed in 2009 and still runs fine however, out over all load/demand grew to the point that the 16kw unit was struggling with the load - which is amazing that it still supported over its capacity. They improved the design - adding a skirt for looks and over all I am impressed with the performance of both units. We reallocated the 16kw unit to our garage. Over all this both these units are 5 star. Oh yes get the package with winter start >...

I purchased and had the Guardian 22KW installed on 041615. We rarely have power outages in our area but I had the Generac installed specifically for Hurricane season. Lo and behold, the day after my generator was installed our area experienced a tornado and power was out in our area for 9 1/2 hours. Three days later we had another bad storm and the area power was out for 6 hours once again. The Generac did just what it is supposed to do. Within seconds of the electricity being disrupted, the Generac kicked on and powered everything we would normally be using for the entire time. We never even would have known the electricity had gone out if we couldn't hear the generator running outside and the few seconds the house went dark before the generator sensed the problem and started automatically. Our generator runs on propane and after being on for close to ten hours, hardly even budged the propane gauge on our 500 gallon tank. It did not even register a gallon used to power the unit for that length of time. We are extremely pleased with our new Generac 22KW and would highly recommend it to friends or family. The professional installers were very efficient and thorough. They did a beautiful job and even completed the installation even though it was storming outside before they were finished. We have had the generator running for only eleven days and it has powered us for (16) very unexpected outage hours. Apparently we got it just in time.

We needed a backup generator for our home, and when the power was out we were happy to hear it hum. However, after the first use of this product it broke down and the wires were fried. After consulting with customer service, they said the warranty wouldn’t cover it, they blamed lightning for causing the problem. Then they sent a bill to cover the diagnostic cause even though we already knew what the problem was. I would not recommend using their services at all, unless you want poor quality coverage and usage.

After many power outages in our neighborhood I decided to get the Generac backup generator. Not only were we out of power but also water because we have a well. There are many mature trees in our older neighborhood and everytime there is a storm there is a big chance the trees will take out a power line. Time to rest easy.

What a joy it was to meet such a knowledgeable, polite and caring crew. Their manerism was highly noticed, their uniforms represent the company well and for their work performance it spoke for itself and the crew went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

After several power outages, my wife and I decided to invest in a Generac whole home standby generator system. Our local installers did a great job in setting it up. Though we hope to never have to use this system (our weather patterns show we most likely will in the near future), just knowing that it is on automatic standby, brings great peace of mind to our family. The whole process was almost flawless. Installed two weeks ago. The installation crew was professional. Arrived on time. Crew was tow experienced installer and one trainee. Some issues with paperwork back in the office. 100% satisfied when the crew left at the end of the day.

We live in a small town farming community. We have had high winds, fire and snow storms that have disrupted our power. The power company is usually pretty prompt getting service back on. The longest we have been without power in the last couple of years is about 9 hours. My husband is now on fully time oxygen and relies on power to run his concentrator. The generator is a safety net but most of all peace of mind for my husband.
