Works well as it should. Definitely an upgrade from my smaller KitchenAid mixer.

first use January 1, it made two revolution and stopped, it won't run, very expensive trash.

Product wouldn't turn on. Had to return it for a refund.

Recently bought this and I absolutely love it! It fits perfectly on my counter and looks great. I bought the matte black and it's so classy and elegant looking. I had no issues registering it online with KitchenAid. The quality of the mixer seems great. I did notice that the newer models no longer come with a spring and washer to secure the attachment hooks on tightly, but I was able to find the spring and washer on Amazon for $5. The motor seems strong and capable of handling large quantities of doughs and other misc foods. One of the best purchases I've made this year and you cannot beat the price right now!!
