I bought this ones less than a month, and the earpieces work great, but the charger case I got rain at work was having it in my pants and they get wet and stop working Sound I really good but, u need to make more resisting to the water, now I have to buy another accesorie a new charger for it

I have had this Earbuds for a couple of weeks and use them every day. PRO - sound is great and clear - fit is easy and secure - the speed of and amount of charge in the hanging case for the buds is unexpectedly adequate CON - instructions are sparce - I cannot get the buds to answer an incoming phone call - The charging case could use wireless charging option

I have small ears and these open air buds fit me perfectly, don’t fall out even though I use them primarily for the gym, and have excellent sound. The photo of them makes them look sort of pink but they actually a rose colored copper which is a beautiful color. They are so much better than Apple air buds for comfort, fit and style. Worth every penny!

I bought these about a month ago and I love being able to hear all around me when I'm wearing them. They work one at a time on either side as well. They sound very lovely, and I listen to everything from rock to opera to folk music all in one sitting. I would have given them 5 stars except the clicking controls and I don't work very well together.

I find these difficult to extract from the case, and these are replacements that got lost while tryimng to extract them. And I don't feel that they're secure in my ears, and they've popped out more than once, even after best fit. The previous version was much more secure.

I have a slight obsession with headphones and earbuds, even more so since I switched to bone conduction for running. These aren't that, but they are amazing! Obviously they don't block noise, and they're not supposed to so a lot noise will result in an inability to hear your music/podcast/whatever. Traditional earbuds leave my ears feeling dirty because I generally am listening to something for most of the day (audiobooks, music, or Podcasts at any given time). These don't leave you Googling "how many hours is safe to wear noise cancelling earbuds?" Or "am I pushing earwax further into my ear with my earbuds?" But they are very comfortable (I forget they're there), surprisingly secure, and the sound quality, assuming you're in a reasonable area, is great! Expensive but worth the splurge.

I purchased the open earbuds about an month now and like the comfort. I have issues with earbuds staying in place. That said the sound quality is poor. I believe the reason is the area across the ear lob is to large (from the outer edge to the start of the ear opening) which pulls the earbud further out then what would be optimal. My wife uses them as well with no issues. I am undecided as to keeping them. Are there different sizes?

So far I bought 3 different ear buds from Bos. this pair is not up to the standard of the other two .First pair was absolutely great is still great lasting well and I use it all the time! the second pair was their top of the line I also bought a case for it ( but it did not last that well) however the buds are excellent . this 3 rd pair I bought as they appear smaller and I travel a lot so it was of interest to me ..anyhow I would not suggest to buy this model it needs charging way more than the others does not connect as well to my devices

These are excellent! I bought them because the pods kept falling out of my ears. And they deliver in many ways! So comfortable, the way they gently atttach to your ears, the sound quality and the fact you can hear what’s going on around you. You need to buy these now. Another great Bose product!

I just got these the other day. I Was very skeptical about them. I am very pleasantly surprised. The sound quality is much better than I had hoped. They fit well and are comfortable. Takes a minute to get them in the right position but once they are on they stay in place.
