They are very comfortable to wear however Noise from the outside gets in And maybe I just don't understand how to use them correctly The fit is perfect as it Thing else Fall out of my ears I just did

I purchase these a month ago and I’m disappointed. Great audio and video sound quality. Very poor phone call quality. Not sure how one aspect can be so right and the other can be so wrong. Get it together Bose!

I just got these and they meet all the specifications I wanted and needed. They stay in place during my workouts and runs. The sound is crisp while allowing me to hear my surroundings. I owned the Bose sport earbuds for 3.5 years, I loved them, and they died a month ago. I bought the Bose qc earbuds and they sound great but they fall out all the time. These are perfect and the mic works great.
