I bought them online and they arrived with audio failures, plus the product warranty was very easy to request, the bad thing is that I've been waiting for a long time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these ear buds!! The sound quality is amazing and they are perfect for my work environment. I love that I don’t have to take them off when someone approaches me to talk.

I love these ear buds because I have the option of noise reduction or to allow sounds in. I just need to actually read the manual and see how to activate that feature on purpose 😀. Bose never lets me down.

The only reason I don’t give this 5 stars is that the phone calls most times on the other end they can’t hear me all the time it’s muffled. But everything else is great. Please please please make an update on that part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I go them over a month ago and have been 95% satisfied with them. The 5% I'm not is very minor but if one has a larger space in the ear well you lose not of volume. Other than that, I LOVE THEM!

Love the fit but the sound quality is disappointing. These have good sound, but not as good as the Shokz Open Fit which suprsed me because of the much higher price point.

happy i bought this, however, maybe i should have ordered the more expensive one. took a while to sync with other units. instructions are too small to read, even with reading glasses

Best ear buds I have ever worn and used and I have been using bluetooth ear pieces since the 90s. Audio could be a bit louder but the audio experience is terrific and amazing and I can wear these all day long and no sore ears !!!!
