[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product, the best that I ever owned. Trust me I have tried all of the earbuds out there and none can come close. I highly recommend this product.

The product is great, but the switching from one device to another can be frustrating and better. The case should have come with a wireless charger rather than having to spend more money on a wireless charging case cover.

This model is a definite upgrade from my earlier QuietComfort buds, although I haven’t found the sweet spot on programming so I can change modes without the app, increase volume and go forward and back in small increments.

I bought these headphones this month and so far so far so good, their sound is wonderful, super comfortable. I don't give them 5 stars only because their shipping system is super bad.

They were okay,I wish they were just a little longer and clasped better on the ear. I also feel that with a lost stolen issue the whole thing (case and ear buds) should be replaced.

Bought these about a week and a half ago and I'm loving it so much!! Sometimes the people I'm talking to on the phone say I sound far away so hopefully that's just a bug that can be fixed.

My wife got me these and for that price, this is one of the worst inventions from Bose and plain robbery! The sound quality is trash! I usually don’t do reviews, but this was really bad! I need a refund. Just to be fair, they look really stylish

Christmas gift, my ears are small and traditional earbuds fall out, so my husband got me these. They fit nicely, stay on, but don't give the sound I'm used to from Bose. Also, while on a call, it's hard for the person to hear me speak
