They have that amazing Bose sound and I like that I can still hear what's going on around me. They are comfortable and don't fall out, and stay charged a long time so I know they'll always be ready even if I haven't used them in a while. I highly recommend!

I tried several brands and different adaptors but nothing worked. Others either fell out or hurt my ears. I wear them while riding my e-bike and working in the yard. Often I even forget I have them in my ears. I would recommend these 1000%.

I can mow for hours while listening to a book or music without outside clatter or engine noise! Even with the volume turned down the narrative of my audiobook is crystal clear. I have recommended them to several of my friends and acquaintances.

The open concept allows me to listen to all of my surroundings which was important to me for safety whether on sidewalks or on nature trails. They are very comfortable and stay much cleaner than in the ear inserts that can get coated in ear wax or push wax deeper into your ear (I say that as an Audiologist that works in hearing health)! Overall, I am thrilled with these headphones!

The 2nd gen I use around the house and for gentle activities or on my boat The 1st gen I use outdoors while biking or working in the yard. The fit is great. You can wear for hours and your ears don't get sore. The noise cancelling is great, especially while walking down a busy road. The immerse audio is great for classic rock like Pink Floyd and Supertramp. I've just really like these air buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I traded these in for my 2 yr old QC earbuds. While the sound is excellent, especially the immersion feature, I have a couple of issues with them. First, they don't fit quite as well as the QC's, even with the adjustable inserts. Also, they're very sensitive to touch. If I try to adjust them while listening, it will sense this as a tap. I've had to disable that feature. Overall, very good product and I would get them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, the shape of my ear opening has never worked with Apple Air Pods or buds of a similar design. So the clip appealed to me, as well as the Bose reputation (I have their speakers in my house). The sound is good, though as you can imagine not as "immediate" as something that is in your ear canal. (Wear a wool hat and it gets better!) The tradeoff is you can be aware of ambient sound, which comes in handy. They fit great, very comfortable (no pinch) and have never had one fall off. The controls work by tapping a top button on each bud. I've had to reread the instructions a couple times to remember "how many taps and where" for each function. A big plus is that they hold a charge for a long time. I will use them 10 or more times before needed to plug in the charging case. Another nice feature is the myriad colors you can choose from.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple pairs of Bose headphones and earbuds and they are the best you can buy. I bought these so I could use them at work when I am mowing grass, because the anc works so well it blocks out the loud noise from the mower.

So far I'm unimpressed with the sound quality and I've found the instructions in both the app and the books to be so complicated I can barely understand them. I still have problems putting the earbuds in my ear and back in the case. I'm tempted to return them.
